Pros:

We arrived very early in the morning with a night bus. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, and they contacted us later to let us know that our room was ready well before the official check-in time.

The team is very friendly, especially Kieu My, who even upgraded our room without us asking. We really appreciated the warm welcome and the excellent service! 😊
