Mình đặt 3 phòng deluxe (diện tích 20m2), thế mà ks dám đổi 1 dong deluxe của mình thành fong nhỏ hơn, mình phản ánh với ks thì ks vẫn cãi diện tích các fong như nhau, trong khi 2 fong deluxe kia gđ mình ngồi 5 ng lớn vs 3 trẻ nhỏ thoải mái, còn phòng mình thì chie vừa chỗ cho đặt cái giường đôi. Miifn thử đo sơ diện tích phòng thì cái fong ngủ chỉ khoảng tầm 9-10m2, nhà tắm khoảng 5m2. Mình đánh 1 sao cho hotel nhé. Lần sau đừng lừa khách kiểu thế
