Cảnh báo nguy hiểm với gia đình có trẻ nhỏ. Rất tệ, huỷ phòng ngay tối hôm trước ngày đi. Không tôn trọng khách hàng, khách nhắn tin nửa ngày không trả lời nhưng nhắn thông báo gửi PAKN thì gọi lại ngay. Đổ lỗi cho nhân viên.
Warning: Dangerous situations when booking accommodation for families or with children. The hotel unilaterally canceled our reservation right before check-in, despite having confirmed our arrival 5 days prior. Upon arriving in Phu Quoc, my family, including young children, were stranded because all the rooms in that area were booked. We had to move to Vinpearl Resort and Spa Phu Quoc, which cost significantly more than we had anticipated. The hotel showed no respect for its customers; they didn't reply to my messages, but when I messaged them saying I would submit a complaint to the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service website, they called back immediately. They promised to find alternative accommodation and compensation, but I no longer trust them. I don't want to compromise because doing so would only lead to more customers being treated badly, damaging the image of Phu Quoc tourism.

Very helpfull staff. Close to the beach. We lived in 2-bed apt on th top floor and it was of a pretty big size.
No breakfast option.
You can't swim in the bay of the Sunset town! So you have to take a taxi to go to the beach where you can swim. Although this problem is related to all the hotels located in the Sunset town.
The location was good, near the food market. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The street itself looked very nice, the staff were very helpful. Whether it was renting a bike or booking tickets to Vinwonders, the receptionist always helped us with literally anything that we needed.
The elevator is very small, there is no gym.

Location was really good. Close to everything for the family. Facilities were clean and spacious. Lovely host.
The hotel was very nice. The girl who runs the hotel is super nice and super helpful, she can help you with anything. The hotel has a great location in sunset town and everything is in walking distance. The rooms are good, shower is nice and always warm (which is a rarity in VN) and beds are good. Also for this price you wont find anything better.
