A wonderful stay
Pros:

A lovely, calm hotel which is very clean and comfortable. Will and his lovely family welcomed me with warmth and kindness. I was even kindly welcomed to join them to the food festival and for dinner, which was great fun and a lovely gesture. Their dogs, Luca and Bap, are adorable and super relaxed.
Will helped me with lots of information and advice for Hoi An, and more for my travels across Vietnam. He kindly arranged rental of an e-bike at a very fair price too.
The breakfast is delicious - easily some of the best food I've had in Vietnam.
I'd definitely recommend and hope to return one day!

Eine kleine Oase in Hoi An
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll, modern und sauber - genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Altstadt von Hoi An und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Will ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und unterstützt bei allen Fragen. Für uns die beste Unterkunft in unserem Vietnamurlaub! :)

La habitación y el baño están muy bien. El lugar es muy bonito. Las atenciones son sobresalientes. Will es un excelente anfitrión, muy preocupado de que los huéspedes tengan una estancia placentera. Destaco especialmente que un día salimos muy temprano a un paseo (05:00 AM) y como sorpresa nos preparó un desayuno para que lo lleváramos.

Comfortable, clean, modern and relaxing! (with two very cute dogs)
Pros:

We loved the beautiful room and kind staff and incredible breakfast (which was a different local dish each morning). Staying near the rice fields was stunning and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Pros:

We loved the location, perfectly between the Old Town and the Beach. It is very quiet, we didn't even hear Roosters. And they are normaly everywhere😅
The Owner Will is very kind and will help you with all your questions. The Breakfast he and his Team prepare for you is just stunning.
We will definitly book again, if we visit Hoi An.

המלון פנה אלי ברגע האחרון וניסה לשכנע אותי לבטל את ההזמנה, אמר שהחדר לא יהיה מוכן בזמן, וכשאמרנו שנוכל גם להגיע מאוחר יותר אז הם החליפו גירסה לגבי סיבת הביטול ואמרו שאין חדר פנוי. עד עכשיו הם לא לקחו אחריות על המחדל, או על השקרים אפילו שהיה ברור שזו טעות רצינית שלהם.

Séjour agréable et apaisant à Hoi an
Pros:

Personnel aux petits soins, très à l’écoute, et de bons conseils.
Décoration moderne et soignante, reposante pour les yeux. Literie confortable.
Mise à disposition gratuite de vélos (en très bon état).
Très bon petit déjeuner (local et fait maison) mais peu varié et qui ne change pas (tous les jours : un omelette revisitez avec un pancake chocolat/banane et un café)
Mise à disposition de fruits / fruits sec en libre service, de façon gratuite

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres / parties communes.
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir changer de petit déjeuner.
Baie vitrée donnant sur un patio sans aucune lumière rendant la chambre très sombre (obligation d’avoir la lumière allumée, y compris en journée)

Pros:

We stayed at Pinus Hotel in February 2026 and this hotel is incredible. The room (with garden view) was spacious and clean. Will, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpfull.
Every morning a delicious breakfast was provided and after that you can take a bike to go and explore the Old Town or go to the beach in about 15 minutes. The location in the middle of the rice fields is beautiful.
Laundry service can also be provided for a small fee.

We had an excellent experience at Hoi An Pinus Boutique Villa. The property offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and tranquility. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing.

The host was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Communication was smooth, and we always felt well taken care of. The peaceful location provided a quiet escape while still being easily accessible to Hoi An’s main areas.

Service, atmosphere, and overall quality were outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, we would happily stay here again.
