Gorgeous view of the rice fields from the balcony. Very quiet area but still close to cycle/taxi to centre of town. Huge, very clean room and comfortable beds. Staff very attentive and went out of their way to get me a vitamin drink when I wasn’t feeling very well. Would stay here again!

The location was perfect near the rice fields and a short cycle away from Old Town. The view of the rice fields from the balcony was picturesque and wonderful to wake up to. Down the road are many local eateries and the nearby market was brilliant, I wish I had found it sooner! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Quyan (I hope I spelt it correctly!) and was able to do my laundry, hire a bike and book airport taxi very easily.
I could feel the springs in the bed but it didn’t disrupt my sleep. Some drawers and doors on furniture needed fixing. Nothing so bad that I wouldn’t rebook of if I returned to Hoi An.

La chambre est très abîmée surtout la salle de bain ! Du moisi partout, des finitions mal faite, une lumière qui ne fonctionne pas, un pommeau de douche cassé et inutilisable, la tuyauterie à vomir de crasse, et l’odeur de l’eau 🤮🤮🤮

Emplacement relativement proche du centre ,hôtel mignon face a 1 riziere et proche de restaurants ,facile d'accès avec Grab.
La literie est clairement tres inconfortable on sent ce que je suppose etre les ressorts du matelas.
L'humidité dans la chambre laisse une odeur nauséabonde.
Beaucoup de moustiques et aucune prise prévue a cet effet.
Et l'état des murs est clairement dégoûtant, crottes de nez collées un peu partout (dessus du lit ) dommage car l'endroit est charmant.
