Everything was amaizing at this boutique hotel . It is a family business and all of them are so kind, so helpful, so friendly. The room, the pool and the sauna was very clean and functional. The breakfast was good, well prepaired and served in a living room in a relaxing zen atmosphere. We were treated with respect.
We definitely recommend this small, but cozzy hotel. You will feel there like royals.

This was probably the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. I have never seen a hotel before with a sauna and pool inside of the room. Everything was very good about the Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was not fully sure where the do not disturb sign was.
Located in a quiet secluded area of the beautiful city yet only 10 minutes walk into the centre.

Wow! Merci à la famille qui nous a accueilli durant le Têt ! Excellent séjour avec les enfants. Nous nous sommes même échangés des cadeaux pour le Têt. Merci encore :) Nous avions peur de l'humidité avec la piscine privée mais aucune odeur désagréable. Très très propres :)
La ville est à 15-20 minutes de marche donc à considérer.
We stayed at Quy Tai Premium Hotel from March 8 -12, 2026. We had a two bedrooms suite with private pool and sauna, top floor. The hotel is very cute, cozy, clean and convenient. The location is great for us ,about 15 minutes walk to town — Dalat market, ATM, the Lake, restaurant, coffee shops , Maze Bar etc… Breakfast is excellent, delicious! We select our choices from the menu every morning and were served in a beautiful dining room.. Ngoc, the manager is wonderful, and very helpful . She waited for us until midnight because of our late arrival from Saigon for check in Very much appreciated Ngoc!. She arranged for our private driver, Huu, to take us to places at a very reasonable price. She recommended top local restaurants for a good price. We would stay here next time we’re in Dalat.
Každý pokoj, který jsme měli rezervován, měl vlastní bazén a saunu (60 °C). Bohužel počasí venku nebylo tak teplé, aby bazén měl příjemnou teplotu a vyhřátí stálo dodatečný poplatek. Ale sauna byla velmi příjemná a pohodlná. Celkově pokoje byly krásné a dobře vybavené. Personál byl velmi ochotný a milý. Snídaně velmi dobrá. Služby a ochota perfektní!!! Děkujeme
Bazén má velmi nepohodlný vchod, bylo by dobré dodat tam nějaký stupínek nebo schody.
By far the best hotel experience we've have in vietnam (this is our 5th place). The room is amazing with our own private pool & sauna. The facilities were lovely, breakfast was freshly cooked every morning with a variety of options. They provided lots of bottles water and coffee for our room. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is clean and smelt lovely. TRẦN THỊ was by far the loveliest person we've met, so kind, thoughtful, helpful & happy, she definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Her english was excellent and she practically ran the place herself exceptionally. We will hopefully be back here soon. 10/10 thanks Quy Tai 🇻🇳🏴
The only thing to mention was the room suffered a bit with condensation, probably just a ventilation issue and easily resolved.
Ignore all the comments miserable people have written about the "pool being to cold", it wasn't! It's not hot but its refreshing especially as you can go in the sauna after.
Rummet var härligt stort, samt gigantiskt badrum. Det fanns bastu på rummet som vi använde, härligt!Den stora privata poolen var fin men kall.
Personalen var mycket vänlig och såg till att vi hade det bra.
Önskar lite varmare vatten i poolen.

Переживал заезжать, прочитал отзывы и увидел что бассейн якобы платный - это не правда, бассейн бесплатный, и вода в нем удобная для купания, особенно в жаркую погоду, если хотите что бы вам его подогрели - за это нужно будет совсем не много доплатить, и это нормально. В моем номере была сауна, бесплатная. Сам номер просто огромный. Рядом есть два хороших ресторана где вы можете сами себе на углях приготовить еду. Владельцы отеля - это семья, и принимают вас как в свою семью. Подозреваю что те кто оставил ниже плохой отзыв - веди себя плохо. Я живу тут 4 дня и вижу как тепло они встречают гостей.
Great location and very quiet at night. The bedroom is huge and the private swimming pool right next to the bedroom was a bit of a luxury. We didn’t mind the cold water.
The English speaking lady was very smiling, polite and as helpful as she could be. Thank you!
When we arrived the gentleman (I assume it was the owner?) didn’t speak English which I don’t have a problem with but, even without words it is easy to make guests feel welcome with at least a smile and that is what we have experienced all over Vietnam so far. There was none of that! Instead he asked us to pay upfront on google translate.
No bar or sitting area apart from the breakfast room.
The breakfast choices were very limited and we had to ask twice for fresh fruit.
Very disappointing experience.
We were asked to pay several extra charges that were not disclosed in the Booking reservation. When we politely questioned this, the owner became aggressive and shouted loudly.
We were ultimately sent outside with a child and our luggage. Although a refund was issued, 300,000 VND was deducted as a “credit card fee,” which was never mentioned beforehand.
The owner showed no welcoming attitude and seemed focused only on demanding additional payments. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

A nice, large room which was very clean. The sauna was great. The staff (although facing a demoralising uphill battle because of the pools) are very kind and helpful. Good, quick laundry service. We hired a moped from reception which was easy to do and at a good price. It is a simple walk into town.
If it had been a room with no pool and therefore cheaper we would have rated the stay a 9 or 10 as the actual rooms are good.
As I can imagine most people do - we booked this place for the in-room swimming pool, what a treat we thought! But it is a complete dead duck. You have to pay for the pool to be heated. £30 GBP. It takes 10 hours to heat the pool, it stays heated for only 5 hours. Then you have to pay again. This would have made an already pricey room very expensive so we did not bother, especially as we wondered how warm the water would even get as, had it been any colder, we could have skated on it. So it's a real shame that you have this great facility but it is pretty much unusable.
The other guests staying at the same time as us were pretty cheesed off about the pool situation and we overheard a couple being somewhat aggressive to the young girl serving breakfast which we thought was pretty mean as it is hardly her fault that the facilities are the way they are. Overpriced stay for what you can actually use.
Convenient quiet location
We were disappointed with our stay, as the service and condition of the property did not reflect the price we paid. We stayed three nights for a total of a little more than 7 million VND and expected a significantly higher standard for this.
At check-in, we were told the credit card machine was not working and were asked to pay in cash. Shortly afterward, the machine worked again, which felt uncomfortable. In the room, we found stains on the sofa and long black hairs on the bathroom floor. Hot water was very limited, making showers inconvenient. There was no bath mat, so the bathroom floor remained wet.
Breakfast service was poorly organized, with mixed-up orders. One day the room was not cleaned. We were also surprised to learn that using the pool required an additional charge of 1 million VND if heating was needed, which was not clearly communicated in advance.
When we raised these concerns, management did not take responsibility or offer any compensation. Instead, they stated that a staff member would be “severely punished and fined,” which did not address the issues and left us with an even worse impression.
This is not a negative review for the sake of criticism, but an honest account of our experience to help future guests make an informed decision.
