Pros:

早餐选择不多但可口，位置虽然不在小镇中心但在主路边，步行不到十分钟都能到达就近的咖啡馆，商店或者餐厅。大堂24小时有保安。

Cons:

我们的房间是带阳台临马路四楼，不隔音，经过的车辆都能听到；房间和走廊也不隔音，塑料袋声音也能清晰听到，影响休息。

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité du personnel ( mention spéciale à Viet et à son équipe qui nous a sauvé la mise en nous trouvant au pied levée un transport pour hcm a 22h pour le lendemain alors que bookaway nous a planté lamentablement))

Hôtel situé à la périphérie de Da lat à 7 minutes du centre en scooter c’est parfait. Très belle établissement avec un personnel au petit soin. Nous avons réservé notre scooter avec eux vraiment pas cher très bon petit dej et massage des pieds proposés superbe. Tout était parfait

Pros:

Breakfast was great. The location was relatively quiet but only a short walk to cool bars and restaurants.

Cons:

There was a slight sewerage smell in the bathroom (maybe not the fault of the property?)
Also the shower head was loose and couldn't be used, and water leaked out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. But these were minor things; overall it is great and the room was excellent.

Pros:

Responsive owner. The hotel is well maintained, the balcony view is superb. Air-conditioning system is strong and good. Good room size and excellent location, near the night market and and good restaurant just 50 meters away.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay. Our 202 room had an entire wall of external AC units directly behind the bed. The noise and constant vibration went on all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The bed was literally shaking from the units running. It felt more like sleeping in a plant room than a hotel room. Easily one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. Completely unacceptable that a room like this is even offered to guests. To make things worse, the pillows felt like they were overinflated balloons hard, uncomfortable, and doing absolutely nothing to help salvage any rest.

Pros:

A small yet cozy and elegant hotel with beautiful décor. The receptionists and concierge are outstanding—extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. Located on a small street, the hotel is quiet while still being close to markets and great food options. Just 50 meters to the right, you’ll find the hidden gem café, Duong Cafe.

Cons:

The bathroom is roomy and comfortable, though it would be helpful to have additional hooks or bars for hanging clothes and other items. The breakfast selection is somewhat basic but good hot soups make up for it. This is not a complaint, but rather constructive feedback to help the staff enhance the guest experience: we borrowed an iron during our stay, and at checkout, the receptionist spoke quite loudly on the phone with housekeeping, saying, “Make sure there is an iron.” While we understand the need to confirm such details, it could have been handled more discreetly. We did not encounter this situation at other hotels in Vietnam.
