Pros:

Breakfast was great. The location was relatively quiet but only a short walk to cool bars and restaurants.

Cons:

There was a slight sewerage smell in the bathroom (maybe not the fault of the property?)
Also the shower head was loose and couldn't be used, and water leaked out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. But these were minor things; overall it is great and the room was excellent.

Pros:

Responsive owner. The hotel is well maintained, the balcony view is superb. Air-conditioning system is strong and good. Good room size and excellent location, near the night market and and good restaurant just 50 meters away.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay. Our 202 room had an entire wall of external AC units directly behind the bed. The noise and constant vibration went on all night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The bed was literally shaking from the units running. It felt more like sleeping in a plant room than a hotel room. Easily one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. Completely unacceptable that a room like this is even offered to guests. To make things worse, the pillows felt like they were overinflated balloons hard, uncomfortable, and doing absolutely nothing to help salvage any rest.

A small yet cozy and elegant hotel with beautiful décor. The receptionists and concierge are outstanding—extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. Located on a small street, the hotel is quiet while still being close to markets and great food options. Just 50 meters to the right, you’ll find the hidden gem café, Duong Cafe.

Cons:

The bathroom is roomy and comfortable, though it would be helpful to have additional hooks or bars for hanging clothes and other items. The breakfast selection is somewhat basic but good hot soups make up for it. This is not a complaint, but rather constructive feedback to help the staff enhance the guest experience: we borrowed an iron during our stay, and at checkout, the receptionist spoke quite loudly on the phone with housekeeping, saying, “Make sure there is an iron.” While we understand the need to confirm such details, it could have been handled more discreetly. We did not encounter this situation at other hotels in Vietnam.

Our room didn't even have window. We were shown to a better room, the window was tiny. WE left. Never stayed there . All too ghastly

It was a bit farther from the center of town than we would have liked. On the plus side it is on a quiet neighborhood. The center of town is a ten to fifteen minute walk.

Modernes gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es kann ein Roller vor Ort gemietet werden.

Świetny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo czysto, cicho, spokojnie, dobre śniadania. Obsługa 10/10. Do nocnego targu 10 min spacerem. Pokój bardzo komfortowy. W moim akurat tylko namiastka okna ale nie przeszkadzało mi to bo w hotelu tylko śpię. Upominek na pożegnanie to coś co rzadko się spotyka i było miłym zaskoczeniem na koniec pobytu. Polecam :)
