Идеальное убежище от городской суеты. Хочется вернуться!

Мы провели в этом отеле всего одни сутки, отмечали там 14 февраля. Это идеальное место, чтобы полностью перезагрузиться и влюбиться в это место. Настоящая находка для тех, кто ищет тишину и покой вдали от шумных туристических троп. Здесь нет суеты, толп людей и городской спешки — только расслабляющая атмосфера и гармония.

Отдельно хочется отметить чистоту: в номере все безупречно, видно, что сотрудники действительно следят за порядком. Персонал приветливый, дружелюбный и ненавязчивый. Чувствуется искренняя забота о гостях.

Отель настолько расположил к себе, что мы пожалели, что забронировали только одну ночь. Уезжать совершенно не хотелось, появилось огромное желание остаться здесь еще на пару дней, чтобы насладиться покоем.

Typical villa in Asia
Pros:

The villa exterior and the territory looked beautiful, with a nice tropical atmosphere. We also appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early — thank you for that.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights (about 2.5 days) and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price — is not justified. At first, they tried to give us the wrong room. In our booked villa there was no hot water, and after we were moved, the water was boiling hot and couldn’t be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. The most uncomfortable part was the broken door lock: the villa was basically left unlocked. Although staff kept reassuring us they were “watching” the villa while the lock was being repaired, it still felt unsafe to leave passports, documents, and valuables inside. When we returned, it was clear nobody was monitoring anything, the lock still wasn’t fixed, and the keys were left right in the lock with nobody around. There were also cleanliness issues inside (dirt/dust in corners, stains on the ceiling). The infinity pool looked nice but wasn’t very clean, often with leaves, dirt and dead insects in the water. The beach was another disappointment: the hotel tried to clean their section, but right next to it the beach outside the hotel area was filthy and full of trash, which ruined any desire to swim in the sea.

الشاطيء متسخ وتصب فيه المجاري ولا يصلح للسباحه أبدا أبدا أبدا ، يعني سعر ومبلغ عالي على اساس شاطيء خاص وبالاخير الامر كاذب لايوجد شاطيء صالح للسباحه 😭😭 لقد أحزننا الامر جدا حيث كان الهدف هوا الحصول على شاطيء خاص للسباحه ، لاانصح احد باستئجارها ، والمسبح لايوجد فيه فلتره ولا سخان ويوجد الكثير من الوزغ والحشرات والنامس

别墅都很干净，可以做饭。不过床垫太硬了，附近没什么商店，出入不太方便，泳池很干净不过谁比较冷

床垫太硬了，空调吹得不太好，隔壁房间声音听得到，隔音效果不好。园里的草拼不够绿，海滩不干净

The doors were faulty so they wouldn’t shut properly, the shower would run cold. It was incredibly far from everything which meant it was also hard to get a grab. The internet didn’t work in the actual villa and there were no beach views from our villa. It

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schön ruhig und abgelegen.

Cons:

Das Problem ist die Lieblosigkeit, mit der die Anlage geführt wird. Die Garten/ Strandanlagen sind ungepflegt. Liegen kaputt, der Strand nicht gepflegt und generell hat man das Gefühl die Anlage steht vor dem Ende der Lebensdauer.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Henry is your main contact (via whatsapp). He was always on hand to answer a question or help if there was any problem. Henry's staff are wonderful and very attentative if needed. The villa is amazing and the grounds are stunning.
