Pros:

The room extremely dirty. When I first entered the room, they had not even cleaned it yet. There were no pillowcases on the pillows, and when I asked they said the pillows didn’t need them. The shower drain was also clogged and when i called reception, they said they would send someone up but after hours of waiting, no one came.

I booked three rooms, requesting that each room had two queen beds, but when I received the rooms only two rooms had the queen beds and the other had two single beds.

Very disappointed with the service and the dirtiness of the rooms.

Pros:

If you book for a condotel, be aware that the parking is not covered. Therefore, you will have to pay extra for day parking plus overnight parking.
