This is a really nice hotel, huge complex and plenty of pools to enjoy. Right on the beach so it's a short and comfortable walk for a trip there for the day. The room was clean and comfy.
The spa here is amazing, I had a morning of treatments and the ladies were not only very professional they were very good at what they did. I left feeling relaxed and well looked after.
The location is out of the way which I knew so I can't moan about that. It is where it is.
The only thing that really let the hotel down was the restaurant. In the rooms they left a scan code offering a huge and affordable menu only when you go to restaurant to enjoy dinner they only have a buffet style option. We tried this on the first night and it was dreadful. The variety of foods was terrible and Luke warm. the drinks they offer are flat cheap cola or tea and the price was £15 each!! the only thing decent about this was the bread.
Turns out the menu option is up and coming, they advertise a 5 season restaurant- this Is also not finished and uo and coming. We ended up using the food outlets on the complex which really let the hotel down for a 5 star resort.
The resort has good facilities and can find everything you need, the room is clean
There are too many people during the weekend and the facilities are not built for that crowd, all swimming pools are packed with people, everywhere is crowded. There were four power outages in one night…
The location is so far from the city, almost an hour drive from Pham Thiet.
Not worth money was paid, room doesn't meet our expectation. Couldn't find parking spot anywhere.

The breakfast was not edible, stale bread, cold plastic tasting sausages, rock hard bacon
The toilet hose isn't long enough to clean your bum which is a hilarious design flaw
