Pros:

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient super grandes, le lit est identique à la photo. Le personnel étaient souriant et proposaient même des activités à prix réduit.

Cons:

L'isolation n'était très bonne car on entendait le bruit des voitures et des constructions autour ce qui était un peu désagréable le matin et le soir pour dormir.

Khách sạn liên hệ yêu cầu chúng tôi cọc, mặc dù chính sách booking không yêu cầu. Khi check in phòng ẩm và bụi. Chúng tôi có thành viên bị dị ứng mạt bụi (đã test và có kết quả của bệnh viện) đã ngay lập tức bị viêm mũi dị ứng trong suốt quá trình lưu trú.
Hơn hết khi nhận phòng đèn phòng và điện thoại không hoạt động. Sau khi kiểm tra cùng nhân viên hơn 10 phút, chúng tôi quyết định ra ngoài ăn tối để khách sạn sửa chữa. Sau đó mọi thứ hoạt động bình thường.

Bad room service

Friendly staff, good location

Cons:

The floor was cleaned around 8 a.m., yes. If there's a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door at that time and the floor is finished cleaning, the room won't be cleaned at all. You have to go to reception and ask for it to be cleaned. During my week-long stay, the bed linens weren't changed even once. I know this for sure because my child accidentally spilled a drop of cocoa on the sheet on one of the first days. The stain was still there when I checked out. However, upon checkout, I was told to wait while they checked the room. You should check the quality of your cleaning staff.

One evening, someone left food delivery bags near the elevator. The next day at 10 a.m., the bags were still there; they hadn't been removed.

Toilet paper finished a few times, no extra rolls were available

Rooms are quite small

I love Vietnam and Vietnamese people a lot. But this experience wasn't exactly great.
