Helt ok frukost.

Cons:

Mögel på rummet. Stinker mögel. Oerhört lyhört, du hör grannarna prata i rummet tre dörrar bort trots stängd dörr. Vi betalade 4 gånger så mycket via Booking.com som de boende betalade på plats i receptionen.

a standard room without a window. the only opening goes into the shaft between the walls of the hotel. The room is dark, damp, stuffy, and it smells disgusting of mold and dampness. The sound insulation is 0, and you can hear people sneezing, yelling, having sex, blowing their noses, and taking a bath. You definitely won't be able to sleep in this hotel, don't even count on it. In reality, the room feels like I'm sitting in a damp dungeon. If you turn on the air conditioner, then be prepared for the disgusting smell of mold, the feeling of dampness and stuffiness of the air was constant. The maids wake you up at 8 a.m. with loud knocks on the entire floor.

Khá nice vì mình được up lên phòng 2 giường free. Nhưng mình vẫn thích phòng 1 giường hơn, mình mong sau book được phòng 1 đã gọi xác nhận rồi thì giữ im phòng đó cho mình. kphai tới nơi mới bảo mình hết phòng đơn á.

Cons:

Cái kính phòng tắm có thể nhìn gần như được người tắm luôn. nên mình thấy k hợp lý lắm. Ngoài ra 2 đêm mình ở wifi đều k dùng được. mình gọi báo rồi thì cứ bảo mình chờ. lúc mình gần về rồi mới có người gợi ý kết nối wifi bên cạnh. huhu.

Bir şişe suyun parasını dahi aldılar. Otelde bedava su dahi vermiyorlar. Tur satışı yapıyorlar ama hiçbir rehberlik hizmeti yok. Turda rezil olduk aç kaldık. Biletini sattıkları restoran kapalı boşu boşuna para ödedik.

Pros:

The staff's warm and welcoming attitude made our stay wonderfully pleasant. The receptionist Thanh (Lili) was so professional in arranging our Ba Na Hills excursion. She also arranged our taxi to Hoi An. She is an absolute gem and a huge asset of the TGT Beach Hotel. We would also like to mention Ho Cu Bellman who was extremely kind and helpful . Everything he did was with a smile on his face. Overall, a lovely stay.

Big rooms, big washrooms

Cons:

We gave our clothes to be cleaned, they came back dirtier. The price for 1kg of laundry double of the next door cleaning place. Their currency exchange rate was 25.5k for a dollar and it was 26k next door at the currency exchange. Bike rental was 170k a day and it was 100k next door. They knocked our door at 8.30am for cleaning multiple times.

Rooftop pool is in a miserable state as well as the gym as it had flies and rusted dumbbells. Room cleaning was mostly fitting the same sheets and giving new towels. Waiting for an elevator took half of our total trip.
