Pros:

Tout était vraiment bien, la chambre et le balcon sont très agréables et la salle de bain est bien.
La piscine est vraiment bien et le petit déjeuner assez copieux.
Le jour de notre départ on avait un bus de nuit, Ana a accepté qu’on laisse nos affaires dans l’établissement et qu’on profite de la piscine toute la journée, toilettes et douche à disposition.
Le personnel est super !

Cons:

Si vous voulez vous reposez c’est vraiment le lieu idéal mais si vous voulez visiter la vieille ville c’est assez éloigné, mais ils proposent de louer des scooters ou des vélos donc ça va.
On a eu que de l’eau froide pour la douche.

Meh wouldn’t come again
Pros:

First of all, the hotel is a great option, if you want to be close to a beach, want a calm surrounding and very attentive staff.

The staff seems to be trying their best to accommodate their guests.
Location wise: as I said, if you want calmness, you will get it. Coconut beach is nearby, a few local restaurants and that’s basically it. We had to use grab to get anywhere since we also had a small child which made cycling impossible.
I think, we still made the best of our stay, but we would definitely not come back. The photos are misleading! You should be aware of all the stated points before booking.

But: the photos are basically catfishing you. I wouldn’t say it is totally horrible there, but when you see the photos, you expect something much better. The facility needs an update. The bathroom was moldy and rundown (I had to hold the hose, couldn’t fix it anywhere), there are tiles missing in the pool, the doors are not soundproof at all and the furniture seems broken. The wardrobe seems to be missing half, the fridge I didn’t wanna use because it looked bad.
It was great that breakfast is included, yet you get pretty bored between the five options of meals you can choose from, where 4 of them contain eggs.

Very enjoyable, a pleasure to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good with several choices, the staff are very welcoming. The rooms have a large balcony. The pool area is very nice.

Cons:

The location is a bit limited to several restaurants at the top of the main road with a couple of small shops, most other areas can be reached by taxi or bicycle. The rooms could be slightly modernised.

Nice, quiet hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

I really liked this hotel as it was in a quiet location about 15 mins from the centre of Hoi An by scooter & the beach about a 10min walk away. Anna & her family were super friendly & helpful & the breakfast each morning was great. Scooter hire was also available which I took advantage of. I also loved listening to the roosters in the morning. :)

Pros:

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das gesamte Team war sehr aufmerksam, hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Die aircondition war sehr leise, so dass sie beim schlafen nicht störte. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück was sehr schmackhaft.
Mit dem Rad konnte man kleine Touren in die nähere Umgebung machen..
Hoi An war mit 'grab' in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum langen und sauberen Strand waren es 10 Min. Es gab dort auch Liegen und kleine Strandlokale.
Abends konnte man fußläufig mehrere Restaurants und streetfood Lokale erreichen.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unübertroffen gut.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Personal super lieb und hilfsbereit! Wenn es Probleme gibt wird einem direkt geholfen und Sie sind immer bemüht!

Milo der Hotelhund ist ein kleiner verspielter Hund der es liebt zu kuscheln und zu spielen :)
