Cons:

Dịch vụ quá tệ, khách sạn hình như có 1 cái thói quen, mình đã đặt trên booking trước 1 ngày. Tới nơi, nói hết phòng, còn phòng 2 giường, mình ko đồng ý, bên ks nói chỉ còn phòng 2 giường với phòng studio. Mình ở 2 người ko thik phòng 2 giường và phòng quá rộng. Đợt trước mình đi cũng vậy, tới nơi báo hết phòng, mình đồng ý thêm tiền up lên phòng studio vì lúc tới nơi cũng tối, nhưng lần này lại lặp lại sự cố y như hôm bữa, mặc dù ngày mình đi là ngày trong tuần. Nên mình nghĩ khách sạn chắc muốn khách thêm tiền ở phòng hạng cao hơn, nếu hết phòng có thể điện thoại cho khách báo. Ko tôn trọng khách hàng. Xứng đáng 1* và không quay lại.

Hotel cancelled my prearranged extension of stay.

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

Was informed in writing that I could extend my stay for 2 more nights, but when I attended reception to pay, I was informed that my room had been booked by others, and that I would have to move out - very disappointing.

Colazione da eliminare . Basso Livello dello staff

La struttura era abbastanza nuova e pulita. Camera spaziosa con Arredamento moderno

Cons:

Anche se che il costo a notte non é stato alto, abbiamo trovato il livello della colazione imbarazzante. La ragazza ,sempre poco cortese ed ospitale , ci ha servito pochissime cose di bassissima qualità preparate con totale noncuranza e servite in maniera veramente poco educata.
Inoltre siamo stati svegliati insistentemente in piena notte da un membro dello staff che poi ci ha detto di aver sbagliato camera .

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng nhìn ấm cúng. Mình đc up lên phòng to hơn nhân viên làm việc cũng oki. Mí bác bv ở đây siu dễ thưn vs thân thiện lun í. So vs tầm giá thì mình thí rất ok sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp

Khong cách âm mấy, phòng bên cạnh nch mình cứ nghe tiếng hoài thui nhma cũng k quá to vẫn ngủ đc.
