Le bruit insupportable généré par un bar karaoke accolé à l'hôtel qui nous a empêché de dormir jusqu'à 1h30 du matin le 1er soir et minuit le 2eme soir.
Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche le 2eme matin

Pros:

Căn Studio mình thuê khá thoáng, máy lạnh hệ thống và không phà trực tiếp vào giường, mặc dù hơi nóng nhưng không sao. Khu vực nhà vệ sinh, phòng tắm rộng rãi và rất sạch sẽ. Có trang bị nước nóng. Giường ngủ là loại nệm lò xo nằm thoải mái không bị lún. Drap giường sạch sẽ, thơm tho.
Sau khách sạn có một khu vườn cho phép khách tham quan rất đẹp, có đường đi bộ lên núi được lát đá, điều này tạo nên sự khác biệt với những chỗ khác.
Nhìn từ ban công phòng, hoặc bất cứ cửa sổ chỗ hành lang nào cũng thấy màu xanh của cây cối và rừng cây tạo cảm giác rất tươi mới.
Buổi tối thì rất yên tĩnh, phù hợp với gia đình có trẻ nhỏ.
Nhân viên khách sạn đều thân thiện và nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Khách sạn khá xa để đi bộ ra biển, phải đi xe ra. Hồ bơi không phù hợp với trẻ nhỏ (mực nước nông nhất 90cm), nước trong hồ cũng hơi đục nên cả gia đình không có tắm. Rất là tiếc vì mình đã cố ý chọn khách sạn có hồ bơi.
Lúc vào nhận phòng, phòng mình bị nhiễu nước từ trên trần xuống, mặc dù được xử lý ngay nhưng vẫn tạo cảm giác không thoải mái, đi ra vào phải né chỗ đó.
Khách sạn cũng rất khắt khe trong việc nhận phòng sớm (mặc dù phòng trống, vì trong khi đợi phòng, mình không thấy có người check out) mình đến lúc 12h và trả thêm 2h tiền phụ phí để nhận 1 phòng, sau đó gần 13h mình lại phải trả thêm 1 tiếng phụ phí để nhận phòng còn lại. Trong khi có những KS khác các bạn rất sẵn lòng cho vào trước 1-2 tiếng nếu có phòng trống.

Little Gem! Definitely would stay again.
Pros:

Super happy with this hotel.
The triple room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Hot water available, nice showers, no bad smell.
Wifi was fast. Water was provided daily. Staff were very friendly and approachable and kept my bike for a day after I left.

20min walk from the beach but close to a lot of other amenities, restaurants, bars.

Decent pool tables and the pool was ok, but a little small.

Cons:

The pool could use some sun beds instead of lounge chairs.

Le billard.

Cons:

Le personnel condescendant, antipathique et très incompétent, mise à part les dames de nettoyage.
Disco annexée à l’hôtel. Pas possible de se reposer. Beaucoup trop de nuisances sonores.
Les climatisations soit disant non fonctionnelles.
Nous avons été sous classés en arrivant, la chambre n’était pas une chambre deluxe. Aucun remboursement. L’hôtel nous a alors proposé uniquement des chambres plus chers en affirmant que tout était complet, ce qui était un mensonge absolu (booking en proposaient) et l’hôtel était peu peuplé. Nous avons dû payer sans possibilité de négocier. Ils ont également voulu nous faire payer des aliments que nous n’avions absolument pas consommer au check out. A éviter absolument.

Nice clean room, with good ventilation as it has a sliding door. Also the breakfast was nice and very affordable.
