We would stay there again.
Pros:

We like the location in the old town. It was busy, but interesting. The staff at the hotel go out of their way to be helpful. It is the only hotel we have stayed in that changes the towels daily, empties the garbage, and supplies fresh bottles of water.

Il punto forte sono i ragazzi della reception, accoglienti e sempre pronti a supportare! H24 davvero un plus. In generale la struttura si trova in una posizione molto buona della old town vicino a tutto. Mi sono trovata bene.il letto molto comodo

Cons:

Probabilmente sono stata sfortunata la mia camera era molto piccola e un pochino fatiscente ma alla fine rapporto qualità prezzo andava bene. Il letto molto comodo. Quindi la consiglio!

Le personnel était vraiment très sympa et serviable, j’aurais aimé pouvoir dire plus de positif rien que pour ça

Cons:

C’était très bruyant et la fenêtre qui donne sur les escaliers est perturbante : on est sans cesse réveillés pendant la nuit à cause du bruit mais aussi de la lumière qui s’allume régulièrement. La chambre n’était pas non plus très propre. Ce serait ok si ce n’était pas aussi cher qu’ailleurs pour une meilleure qualité

Pros:

Excellent location, right by the heart of the Old Quarter. Close proximity to where everything is happening while being tucked in a more quiet corner to get some rest.

24 hour concierge, and all staff at the facility are incredibly hardworking and friendly. Offers lots of great local tips and can help book tours to tourist locations.

Cons:

This is not the fault of the property itself, but there were a few occasions where other hotel stayers would check in/out very early in the morning or late at night and would be incredibly noisy. It would be nice for staff to remind individuals to remain respectful and quiet upon checking in/out.

La location è perfetta, in pieno centro e nonostrante la mia camera desse su strada, era comunque silenziosa

Cons:

Purtroppo le stanze sono umide e non ben mantenute, il letto è molto scomodo. C'era un odore davvero sgradevole sul pianerottolo che entrava anche in stanza.

5-Sterne-Service und gute Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Tommy ist ein fantastischer Host und extrem hilfsbereit. Er hat uns auch geholfen, ein paar Ausflüge zu buchen. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Der Nachtmarkt ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Obwohl es durch den Verkehr sehr laut dort ist, ist es in den Zimmern relativ ruhig durch gute Fenster. Frühstück kann man auch gut in der Ecke finden.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist je nach Etage etwas gering
