Good for a short stay
Pros:

The staff is friendly and gave good tips for restaurants and arranged our transfer, the location is good as it's close to everything but still quiet at night

Cons:

We had a rather small room without a window so no space to put the clothes etc and I wouldn't say it was particularly good for the money we paid

Super emplacement, proche de tout Les hôtes étaient adorables et de très bons conseils . Les lits super confortables . Hôtel sans prétention, mais absolument parfait pour ce que l'on y attendait

Cons:

Tout était super . Il manque peut être un peu de place pour poser nos affaires mais cela n'a en rien , entaché notre sejour

Pros:

So nice we came back for a second stay!
Excellent location in the Old Town, close to the markets, coffee shops and local restaurants.
Lovely quiet rooms, great shower, comfortable bed.
Tommy very helpful even when are bus was late and we arrived at 4am!
Highly recommended 👌

Vooral de locatie is een aanrader!
Pros:

Wij verblijven maar een kort nachtje, ondanks dat we erg laat aankwamen was het ontvangst prima. Mooie locatie en goede bedden!

Pros:

Great location, right next to shops, restaurants and old city gate. Tommy so helpful advising us on what to do and see.
Lovely room, comfortable bed, great hot shower, tea, coffee and water. Luggage storage whilst on the Ha giang loop.
Very quiet in room considering location, will definitely stay again.
Loved it here!

Pros:

L'emplacement est top, proche de tout, l'accueil est très bien , lits confortables , serviettes de toilettes changées tous les jours et petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour

Cons:

Les chambres rendent bien mieux sur les photos ; en réalité elles sont vétustes. Pas d’insonorisation mais ce n'est pas le bruit de la ville qui nous a dérangé mais le bruit des chambres annexes.
Le réglage de l'eau pour la douche est tres compliqué, tantôt eau froide, tantôt bouillante.

Rapport qualite prix, bon acceuil calme
Pros:

L accueil agréable et tres gentil, l emplacement, le calme bien que situe dans le vieux quartier l emplacement n est pas au coeur du bruit des bars et des restaurants, l hotel est calme , wifi ok , petit hotel sympa propre, pour 1 a 3 nuits , car chambre étroite et manque de rangements du coup , les chambres au milieu de l hotel n ont pas trop de lumière, la fenêtre donne dans l escalier interne de l hotel on ne peut donc pas ouvrir le rideau, Tv qui fonctionne cafe et the a disposition! Petit market en face!

Cons:

Chambre un peu étroite, manque de rangement et de luminosité ! Mais pour quelques jours ca peut le faire d autant que l on passe beaucoup de temps dehors!
