Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Rooms, food, staff were exceptional.

Cons:

Location is outside the city. Can get Grab pickup but tours won't pick you up from there.

Nói thật mình rất hài lòng chổ nghỉ nhưng bạn nên cải thiện đầu tiên là nhân viên phục vụ ko vui vẻ và có vẻ ko chiều khâch Và điều hai là ko thường xuyên để giấy vệ sinh vào tolet công cộng

Nice hotel with some room for improvement
Pros:

Located in a calm area, with a nice view over the fields

Cons:

Breakfast area was very dirty with dead flys and bees everywhere in the windows, breakfast selection was very limited. Room service only occasionally, kitchen without kitchen gear

Great view and great deal for the price. Nothing too fancy.
Pros:

We like that the view is beautiful, location is not too far from the famous spots, the staff were very helpful - they help to send our laundry for cleaning, usually send in the morning and get back the next day morning. Our toddler actually had an accident on the bed, and the staff promptly changed a new sheet + protector for us.

The food was very nice, they serve bahn mi, noodles, with homemade yoghurt, bananas and coffee/tea for my 4 nights there.

Cons:

The room has no ventilation, there are no fans so at night, the cold air trap in the room and makes it super cold. Toilet also has poor circulation, that make it super damp after shower, the shower screen doesn't hold the water in and it flood to the whole floor when we shower.

Lovely property just out of the city!
Pros:

It's a lovely boutique property with spectacular views over the city especially at night! It's out of the city centre but a good quiet location overlooking the city. The staff are so helpful and are very accommodating. The breakfast was good and they are willing to incorporate your dietary needs. The family suites s are huge with a living room and 2 bedrooms but only 1 large bathroom. It's very comfortable and clean and we had a pleasant stay here.

Cons:

One of the family suites had no hot water which was a problem as all 8 of us had to share 1 shower.

В номере было очень холодно, 17.9 градусов показывал наш термометр. Это первый в жизни отель, где было так холодно. Кондиционера на обогрев нет, персонал водит в куртках. На наши вопросы, как можно решить этот вопрос, нам не хотели выдавать даже обогреватель, ситуация не решалась, персонал предложил надеть штаны. Очень замёрзли, вода была чуть чуть теплая, в ней нельзя было согреться. Пытались обогреться феном для волос. Очень разочаровало это место, непонимаем, откуда столько положительных отзывов. Ночью в этом городе температура всего 10 градусов. Это ужасно.

После заселения попросили сделать возврат средств, так как у мужа болело горло и в таких условиях мы оставаться не могли. Там сказали, что они не вернуть в полном объеме сумму и хотят удержать 30%.

Our Christmas 2025 Da Lat Holidays

Cozy for a family holiday. Beds made and bed sheets, comforters etc changed daily. Rooms are clean. Breakfast options good for both adults and children. Staff members are both responsive and attentive to our needs.
