Pros:

Staff was friendly, buffet was like the pictures (with lots of fruits), location was good. Pickup service to and from the airport was very convenient too. While we could sometimes hear people in the hallway, we had no problem with noise from outside

Cons:

Whenever we entered our room, it didn't smell so nice. But every time after 15 minutes of using the airconditioning everything was fine.
Our room didn't have a window to look outside.
The rain shower head was broken, so water would spray through the entire bathroom whenever we tried using it.

I really liked this hotel and will definitely come back again!
Pros:

The room was clean, and although it was a bit small, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. We went out most of the time, so the price and location were excellent. It’s right next to the Old Quarter, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. It’s also within walking distance (just a few minutes) to many famous tourist attractions.

Lovely experience
Pros:

We stayed in here for our last few days in Hanoi and it was still comfortable, clean and in a fabulous location. The receptionists were so kind and welcoming. They booked our trip to Ninh Binh which was a lovely experience, and helped us thoroughly. The young lady was exceptionally sweet! My sister-in-law and her partner enjoyed the breakfast too. 10/10 I would recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to consider this hotel. I can't wait to go back!

Cons:

There would be some dust on the covers when we returned to the room after a full day out, even though bed was made, but it was easy to brush off. Otherwise it was very clean.

Cons:

There was no window in the room , that's not a strange thing in Vietnam but they didn't wrote it on the booking page
we rented a room for the amount for which we could get the same room in another accommodation
So that was bad, everything else was good but these two days were really bad
So we booked a room for an amount

Pros:

Tökéletes lokáció, kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Reggeli megfelelő, tisztaság mindenhol. A kijelentkezést követően még volt egy napunk Hanoiban az esti repülés előtt. A csomagjainkat ott tudtuk hagyni napközben és este még a földszinti tusolót is használhattuk ingyenesen az utazás előtt. Egy átlagos utazónak, családnak remek választás. Ajánlom!
