Pros:

A pleasant stay in ax excellent location. Room was very nice and well played out with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

Cons:

The room was quite small although we did pay for the cheapest room. May have been worth paying a little extra for a larger one.

Pros:

Location and staff are great. Facilities are clean and spacious. Our room had a very small “window”.

Cons:

I had a stomach issue straight after breakfast. Could’ve been my sensitive stomach or something they provided, unsure.

Clean, modern, location is great
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the hotel is very clean, located right in the Old Quarter. Wifi is good, bathroom too.

Cons:

The walls are very thin. We were woken up two nights in a row by drunken guests coming back and screaming/shouting/laughing. We appreciate their behaviour isn't the hotels fault.. but it was a shame.

Buen hotel, personal muy amable y atento, lugar muy cómodo , desayuno buffet completo, habitaciones grandes y cómodas

Internet a veces mala señal , pero funcionaba , lo demás muy bueno el hotel

Ausreichend für ein oder zwei Nächte.
Pros:

Positiv:
- Zentrale Lage
- Freundliches Personal (hat bei der Buchung von Aktivitäten und einem Flughafenshuttle geholfen)
- Gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Negativ:
- Klimaanlage hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert
- Zimmer war sehr feucht
- Fenster ging nur zum Flur raus
- Mitten in der Nacht hat unser Telefon im Zimmer mehrfach geklingelt. Die Rezeption hat sich im Zimmer vertan. Als wir dies am nächsten Morgen angesprochen haben, kam noch nichtmal eine Entschuldigung.

Nice and clean hotel in the old town, attentive staff!
Pros:

Located in the center of the old town, close to train street coffee, walkable to everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They also helped to arrange Halong and Tam Coc tour. Both were great.
Our room was clean, super confortable bed and pillows.

Lage sehr gut, aber zu kleine Zimmer und sehr feucht.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr feucht, da kein Fenster nach draußen und sehr klein, Zimmer war zum Gang und sehr hellhörig. An schlafen war nicht zu denken. Frühstücksraum war nicht sehr einladend und Auswahl auch sehr gering. Ist kein 4 Sterne Haus
