Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent location. Our morning breakfast was excellent lots to choose from.

Nothing to dislike, only observation was shower door leaks on to bathroom floor.

Pros:

This property is changed a lot,especially an old short man that is at the reception.rude and unwelcoming as to who come in to visit and what time to check in or not.No wonder they are losing customers.I won’t recommend any westerners to stay there….

Well located, great staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good! The hotel is due for a renovation, the rooms are ok but need work. The staff are great :). Very close to everything that you need to see in HCMC.

Cons:

We had cockroaches in the bathroom and it flooded every time we had a shower.

Friendly staff, great roof top pool and small bar, great location for lots of main Ho Chi Minh attractions
Pros:

Didn’t offer free sauna and extras like other hotels we had stayed at but a minor point

Very central location and helpful friendly staff. Rooms were very spacioua

Cons:

We were aware the rooms had no windows but did not expect the musty smell. Everything felt damp inside the room. We had two rooms and some bed comfortable others very hard .

The staff are great, food is great, rooms are good, price is good.
Pros:

The staff are excellent, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff are also fantastic.

Cons:

The mold smell from the aircons in the rooms is terrible - floor 6 i was this time. Mold formed on my computer bag, travel bag and even on my wallet in the safe. The airflow in the room was not good they need a fan; my aircon was set on high fan and at 25.
The aircon system needs to be professionally cleaned including the ducts and filters. Fans in the room would stop and mold issues but it would not fix the smell from the mold in the air conditioners.

There are no specials on BOOKING.COM for Christmas and January so unfortunately i will stay somewhere else, i have stayed here more that 5 times.

Location of hotel was good but would not say there again.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Furnishing and carpets outdated. Carpets were very dirty. The breakfast buffet was the worst one we have ever had, no thought given to taste, variety or heat of the food. The sun lounge above the pool had cigarette butts scattered throughout.

Room smelled from dampness, had black mould on furnishings and the roof.
Was only in the room for approximately 10 minutes. Had to move rooms.
Breakfast very poor, not a lot to choose from.
