Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Da Nang! The decor was stunning, with a beautifully designed space that felt both modern and cozy. Every detail was well thought out, making it a truly stylish and comfortable place to relax. The location was also good with easy access to local food shops and all the major sights. Whether we were exploring the city or just unwinding at the hotel, everything felt effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and well-located stay in Da Nang!

It is a boutique hotel. It does not offer breakfast but stalls offering local meals are all around the hotel. ATM is near and market is walking distance. Staff can speak limited English but their kindness and very accommodating nature more than made up for it.

Good location! Smart and modern accommodation with everything you need for a short stay.
Great roof top terrace to sit out on. Staff were very helpful and kind. Bed comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money.

The rooftop was a surprise with a beautiful view.

2. I also like that they have laundry service and offer to arrange massage service, all at a reasonable cost.
3. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Jim’s house was just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of DaNang. The rooms are so well designed. (See photos) Aesthetically pleasing with a color scheme of mint and gray, there is everything you could want: a clothes area where you can really store your clothes, a desk space where you can get work done (and Jim’s House has excellent WiFi), comfortable bed with very nice bedding, and a bathroom with a rain head shower. Bliss.

The staff is fabulous. Always ready to help: Where do I get a Sim Card? A place to get my hair done? Can you help with laundry (yes), where is the best place to take a long walk? (River Walk from Dragon Bridge), best market? They employ an effective system where you can contact folks using your phone app (whichever one you use) and they will immediately respond. So helpful! Plus they are so kind!

The other fabulous thing about Jim’s House is the neighborhood. Huynh Thuc Khang has the local reputation as being one of the best streets for Vietnamese food. I’ve worked through most of the “must eat foods in DaNang” list just on this block. Also on the block: a kindergarten, a temple, a toy store, salons, a shop to get an Ao dai made, and both old school and new wave cafes for great Vietnamese coffee. And a 10 minute walk away is the Dragon bridge which has a pedestrian only walk in both directions. Magical.

I cannot recommend Jim’s House enough!
