スタッフの方々は親切でフレンドリーでした。それ以外は残念ながら満足できませんでした。
•近くに素敵なカフェやスーパーがあります。ただ、夜は少し治安が悪そうに感じます。
•ホテルには「バスローブ？」のようなものがなく、自分のパジャマを持参する必要があります。
•シャワーやお風呂にお湯が出ません。
•他のレビューとは違い、無料の朝食はありませんでした。近くのカフェや食堂で食べたのでまあ良しとします。
•テレビはありますが、地元のチャンネルは映らず、YouTubeかNetflixしか見られません。
•エアコンのリモコンが時々反応せず、設定が毎回リセットされます。一度エアコンを切ってから、再び希望の設定でつけ直す必要があります。しばらくするとまたリセットされるので、設定を変えたいときは毎回同じ操作をしなければなりません。

結局のところ、親切なスタッフのおかげでなんとか滞在を楽しめた、という感じでした。

The staff were nice and friendly. Apart from that everything wasn’t satisfactory unfortunately.
- There’s a nice cafe nearby and supermarket/mart. But at night it looks a little unsafe.
- The hotel doesn’t have a “hotel robes?”, you’ll have to bring your own pajamas.
- There’s no hot water for the shower/bath.
- Unlike other reviews, there’s no complimentary breakfast. I ate at nearby cafes and eateries so it’s alright I guess.
- There’s a TV but there aren’t any local channels, just YouTube or Netflix.
- The aircon remote doesn’t work at times, and it resets every time. You have to let the aircon turn off then you can turn it on again with your preferred settings. It resets after awhile and you have to do it again if you simply want change a setting.

At the end of the day, I guess only the friendly staff saved my experience to some extent.

I didn't use the spa, the pool was nice, but a bit cold

We were very happy with our stay. We had an issue on our first night, but the staff were quick to rectify the issue and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time we were there. The hotel is also in a convenient location and close to the beach. Thank you so much for the great service it was the best service and hotel we stayed at during our 4 weeks spent in Asia :)

The staff at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be beat. There was always a very happy taxi driver waiting outside

We have stay in a fews hotel in da nang before but we like this hotel the most. It beautiful and the breakfast was lovely and so are the staff.

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, trung tâm khu du lịch, xung quang có nhiều nhà hàng, quán ăn, siêu thị. Đi bộ ra biển cũng gần. Đặc biệt đường phía trước được đỗ xe theo ngày nên đỡ phải đi vào bãi gửi xe.

Be careful of what is advertised as room with city view. There was no city view from my room but a view of another building lookin out the window/door. Many obstacles were blocking what was called city view when on the balcony. This hotel is not for Western tourists. Mostly local forks stay here. There was no respect to no smoking in the room laws. Locals were smoking in their rooms. Bed sheets were not changed and left dirty where I had to make a complain.

clean room and good view. buffet breakfast quite a lot of local dishes but worth the experience.

The third time I stayed at the Monaco hotel. Everything was great, I liked the hotel, it was quiet and quite close to the beach, there were many supermarkets and massage shops around.

We got an upgrade, so obviously the room was good.
The location is superb and staff speaks english very well.

The location is perfect with both the beach and shops around you, the staff are very welcoming, Ngan was very warm and pleasant to speak to. Breakfast also has endless options, definetly recommended
