Great stay in lovely room and hotel. Location is great if you want somewhere a little calmer!
Pros:

The Hotel was located outside of downtown Da Nang, so quieter than the busy streets in the centre, which is what we were after, and there is a open recreation area in the middle of the surrounding buildings where locals and visitors gather to play and use the gym facilities. Often there are locals dancing and exercising, which gives a community feel that you don't get in Da Nang. However, you can easily walk through the back streets to find the bars and buzzing restaurants and the massive beach. Only 10-15mins walk or get a very cheap Grab taxi. Recommend the Grab app for getting around and also ordering delivery food, if you fancy a night in... The staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is very pretty, with its plants and foliage covering the entire frontage, and it's nicely finished throughout. Just like the pictures. There is a pool in the middle on the ground floor, but we didn't use it.. WIFI was upgraded during our stay, so very good.

Cons:

There is some building work going on as the area is being developed, but thats not down other the Hotel.

Very relaxing stay in a great, calm location near the beach and away from all the noise
Pros:

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Any problem I have was taken care of. Bed was super comfortable! Room was big and good located. Nice bathroom and location was good! AC went down to 16°C, which was good for sleep. The balcony and the greenery was super relaxing and I enjoyed sitting outside to read. Sauna and pool were nice too!

Cons:

There was some mold and it was difficult to handle the moisture in the place. My backpack even started to have some mold spot on the plastic fabric, which I could wipe off. Hopefully the AC was clean. Internet had some problems and in the last week, at least the Wifi was simplified, that you can use the same access over the whole hotel. The speed was still pretty low and sometime unusable.

Pros:

Overall there is nothing that I can find fault in with this hotel. Quiet clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & welcoming. Added bonus of plunge pool. Nice Toiletries✔️ complimentary tea & coffee✔️ If you wish to order takeaway crockery & cutlery available in the room. Short distance from the beach & easy to get a grab into city centre.

Сам отель симпатичный. Персонал очень приветливый

Cons:

Рядом с отелем несколько строек, поэтому по утрам шумно. Месторасположение неудачное, рядом только свалки и пару кафе. Отель предоставляет бесплатные велосипеды, но они убитые, с отваливающимися частями. Одним из самых неприятных моментов была стирка. Вещи вернули не аккуратно сложенными, а просто закинули в пакет, как какой-то мусор. Все было помято. Не проблема отнести их в другую прачечную, что мы и сделали, но само отношение- впервые с таким столкнулась.
В целом, я бы сюда не вернулась

Pros:

The location is good - nice and quiet and away from the busiest parts of Da Nang. There is a garbage problem in the area which has nothing to do with the hotel but is concerning.

Police let themself in our room. Photos misleading
Pros:

The room was clean and the pool is nice

Cons:

We booked the Penthouse and was hugely disappointed. The room states 2 bathrooms when there is only one. The outdoor bath looked nothing like what is on the pictures. It looked like it was still to be finished. The outdoor space was nice however was completely overgrown by plants so no sun actually came onto the deck at all. There was construction work happening all around us and was extremely noisy. Some staff were friendly but some staff were cold.

To top it all off, we had police let them self in our room without warning! They just stood there talking amongst themselves IN OUR ROOM until we asked if we could help. Strange and scary and felt very unsafe.

Cons:

We had a situation in our room that was impossible to sleep over the night. The staff working then couldn't help us to give us another room because the hotel was full. They changed the room next day, but was a first night without sleep.

Pros:

Beautiful rooms and pool. Located a little way from town but an easy walk to the beach or easy taxi ride to centre. Nice to be away from the noise of the city. Excellent value for money. Big room with kitchenette. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Looks exactly like the photos. Very thoughtfully designed. Right across from a park.

Cons:

The sink in my room was damaged (but it worked!) water didn’t stay hot for very long so showers were quite short.

Pros:

The room matched the pictures perfectly, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and offered great value for the price. The location is also convenient, with a 24/7 supermarket, bakery, and restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the area stays quiet at night, making it easy to sleep.

If you want, I can also add one small line about anything you didn’t like, so the review feels more balanced and credible.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved. The room wasn’t dirty, but housekeeping felt quite basic. We occasionally found a few hairs, and the bathroom could use a deeper clean, especially around the sink. On a longer stay, this becomes more noticeable.

Also, even though the pool is indoors, it was quite cold, which wasn’t ideal. The sauna was switched off, so you had to turn it on yourself and wait for it to heat up. You also had to add water to create steam.
