All perfect!
Booked and paid for a royal suite. We given a royal studio. Tried to contact the owner, would not reply. Taken it up with Expedia. So far no refund given. Do not waste your money

Location are the best hosts that we could ask for. Their stay and customer service was better than a 5 star hotel. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. The went above and beyond for your group. They even picked us up from the airport. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you ❤️

As soon as we booked the hotel rang and informed us they could not provide us the room we booked, and tried to provide a room we didn’t want. We cancelled with their approval and now Wotif will not return the money for three days accomodation. We have reported Wotif to NSW fair trading. Wotif is absolutely hopeless and I would strongly recommend using another booking service. Wotif - Aussie for travel- owned by the Americans- call centre in the Philippines - use traveloka
The host that was given to us don’t even speak English and he has the audacity to lie that his car broke down and because of that we have to arrangement our own transport to the hotel ( we are entitled to a free 2 way transports)
The experience was not good at all when the hotel did not even promise us the things that was supposed to be given to us . The check in was bad where we are not even allowed to be at the lobby despite us being guests ( shouldn’t the host informed the guards) . We have to wait for the host with out luggage and a 3 year old outside the hotel under the hot sun.
Our stay was even bad where the TV remote was not even working and I can’t even watch TV. Housekeeping was not even on schedule and we have to prompt them to send the housekeeping up which is in the evening .
The room booking I’ve made is supposed to be king deluxe room with lounge access with city view but I was given a double room at low floor and not even facing city view. The mattress in the room was sunken in the middle and made us all slept poorly during the trip.
This was a relatively expensive stay but the service and stay was terrible. To anyone going to HCMC please do not be fool by the pictures of the apartment as it’s definitely not worth staying there. The price paid is more deserving to stay in a hotel instead.
This place is nice enough as a small 3 bedroom apartment but do not be deceived by listing. It is not presidential, no private pool, no listed inclusions, not enough beds / bedding.
Communication with host was very hard and limited English language skills. We had friends staying in the same apartments in the same building on the same nights for less than half the price we paid. I am really surprised that Expedia let a listing like this exist as it is borderline fraud. Apartment and building is nice but find the same on other sites for a lot less. A negative end to our holiday here ;-(

施設は新しいですが、排水が非常に悪く、30秒ごとにシャワーを止めないと水が溢れる状況だったのも高ストレスでした。
ホテルではなくマンションです。
部屋の設備が素晴らしいです。
部屋はとても綺麗で長期滞在には大変良かった。また場所も中心街にあり、移動にも大変良かった。
