It was Dirty, I paid for the lakeview room, but there was a massive tree which was blocking the view but it was not mentioned in the app, also the windows did not have safety net which was unsafe.

Great value for solo traveller
Pros:

Good location. near to a lot of coffee cafes along the lake.
Easy to go anywhere.
Chose this location as it was very near to Hanoi Standard chartered marathon 2025 starting point.

Cons:

actually, didn't stay in this hotel.
when nearer the date of my stay, was informed that the room I booked was unavailable. Was arranged to stay at another sister hotel (along the same road)

Với mức giá 1m2 thấy chưa hề xứng đáng, mình ở những hotel 450-800k đều có áo tắm

Phòng rất chill, vị trí thuận tiện

Cons:

Ga giường còn nguyên vết ố vàng và rất nhiều lông tóc, và đặc biệt hơn là mình không thấy có áo tắm mặc dù có bồn rất xinh, và khi CI đến CO mình có xin hoá đơn invoice nhưng k thấy ai gửi cho mình dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng khá tệ

Great view and so many cool cafes nearby. I loved my room and the nightly baths

Great and easy.
Pros:

Clean, easy, check in, great tub, great view. The hotel staff was also extremely accommodating with transportation. It wasn’t loud but it wasn’t quiet either. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs might be best. No smells like others reported. I stayed in the top floor lake view room with the tub. The hot water runs out a little quick but you can wait about 10 minutes to start it again.
