I am not sure about other places, however i will not recommend this hotel
Pros:

The hotel has a nice location, and nice swimming pool. The personal also tries to do their best

Cons:

The hotel is old, mold can be find different places, smell is not fresh is well from sewage

Pros:

Everything, extremely well presented and managed hotel. Bed was wonderfully comfortable

Pros:

The staff are excellent. The location is 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, and the activities on the river.
Breakfast was good.
The pool looked very good, though I didn't use it.

Pleasent stay near the old city
Pros:

The room was spacious, plenty of light and also it was clean. The staff cleaned the room each day, gave us fresh water and changed towels.
We received news pool towels each time ee went to the pool and to the beach.
The Breakfast was rich with a lot of fruits, vegetables, and egg dishes.
Inside the hotel there is a very good Italian restaurant for which hotel customer have 10% discount.
During the night it was very quiet,.no noise.
There is noise only when people were at the pool and they were screaming and were talking loud.
The hotel location is very good, near the old town, but in a quiet area close to Moon groceries store ( it has a lot of great options )

The room had a weird smell, something like closed space smell.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

Nice location, pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

We bookd a private car and driver from Hoi An to Hue through the hotel. During our stay in Vietnam we have had many private drivers. This driver booked through the hotel was very impatient and anxious and continually honked his horn. We suggest the hotel not use this driver any longer.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, und ein schönes kleines Herziges Hotel.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer und eines war ohne Fenster. Aber es war ein Lichtschacht der nett dekoriert war.
