Pros:

The staff were incredible! The room was spotless and nothing was too much of an ask. The rooftop was awesome and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Breakfast was great! The food and drinks kept coming!!
We asked for late check out because we had an overnight train and they allowed us to keep the room. The pool was also spotless and clean and made for an awesome reprieve from the heat!
They also gave us an upgrade to the suite room. We absolutely loved our Sat and wish we had booked in for longer. 2 days was simply not long enough.

Saved the day!
Pros:

It's in a great location, close to the palace but not too busy. They took our booking at the last minute after our original accommodation fell through, and were fantastic getting us settled when we checked in near 11:00pm. The pool facilities were great and the place was so clean and pretty.

Staff memeber Nga was so incredibly kind and made me and my friends feel so welcome and was always ready with a smile and greeting, and we really appreciated the friendliness!

Petit déjeuner de qualité et bien servi par madame Nga.
La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée.
Son emplacement permet de faire plusieurs activités à pied.
Le personnel était également très agréable.

Cons:

La piscine est jolie mais il n'y a pas de place pour bronzer.

La chambre super propre, pareil pour la salle de bain. Le personnel était au top ! Merci à Binh et Nga d’avoir pris soin de nous pendant ces trois jours !

Wonderful hotel near Citadel surrounded by excellent local food spots
Pros:

I moved here last minute as there was a demolition next to my original booking- this place was wonderful- it’s in a quiet, quaint lane, steps from the citadel & surrounded by local food, coffee & lovely walks to the lake areas. Staff were excellent, room was so comfortable, they made a nice vegetarian breakfast for me. Nga in the kitchen was great.

L'établissement est propre et idéalement placé au calme tout proche de la citée impériale.Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Les chambres sont propres et très agréables. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement

Pros:

Sehr sauber, schöne kleine Terrasse zum draußen sitzen. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das ganze Personal war sehr nett. Nga konnte sehr gut Englisch sprechen. Hotel direkt in der Nähe der verbotenen Stadt

Un hôtel agréable à deux pas de la Cité impériale
Pros:

L’établissement est agréable, avec de belles chambres aux abords d’une ruelle calme. L’emplacement est super pour visiter la Cité impériale et on trouve de nombreux petits cafés et restaurants à proximité. Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la fenêtre de notre chambre qui donnait sur un mur donc très peu de lumière naturelle et sur le petit déjeuner que je ne recommande pas forcément.

Pros:

Da das Hotel in einer Seitengasse liegt, hört man wenig vom Verkehr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Betten und Kissen waren unglaublich bequem.

Cons:

Das Hotel scheint nahe am Kaiserpalast zu sein, leider ist dies der Ausgang und man muss um die ganze Anlage herum (ca.2km) um zum Eingang zu kommen.
Man muss mit Karaoke bis um 10pm rechnen (dann hört es auf) und um 6am fängt irgend ein Lautsprecher Radio an zu lärmen.
