Tu Vi is amazing! At the last minute, I decided to go play golf. Literally last night at 11 PM they contacted Tu at home. She was off work and she had a driver set up everything arranged and double checked everything including reaching out to me at 5:30 in the morning to make sure everything was all set in the driver showed up. I mean, what do you say about that other than truly exceptional service. But wait it gets better… We had a family emergency at home and Tu had to arrange transportation for a family member who was not thinking clearly. To handle everything quickly efficiently took care of getting all our luggage set up got it into the Taxi got my family member into the Taxi took care of getting everything paid for. I mean, how do you even say anything other than amazing! Oh, and the hotel? In the perfect location, we got the family suite with a huge balcony overlooking the street below. The hotel is beautiful, the fit finish quality. I mean, you have to see it to believe it. Oh, and the night before when we arrived, it was late. The gentleman turned on the jets in the pool. The saltwater pool felt so good and he was so helpful. If I could give more than five stars I would! Look, if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with literally a staff that is incredible. Stay here.

Les chambres sont propres et joliment décorées. La jeune femme à l’accueil est particulièrement efficace et sympathique et peut organiser transferts, visites ou balades en bateau. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très correct. Une petite piscine complète l’ensemble.L’hôtel se situe à environ quinze minutes à pied de la cité impériale, ce qui en fait une bonne option pour séjourner à Hue.

This is good old fashioned guest house style of service. From the over enthusiastic night manager that serves breakfast, to the beautiful woman who makes breakfast and cleans your room. Our family loved the decor and understated elegance that this place has to offer. Short walk to the palace and great coffee shop (slow coffee). Ho chi mihns childhood home and the best bahn mi all within. an easy walk. The inn is located on a local street, making it less busy than main roads. We recommend this place for a great hospitality experience

He and his staff are an absolute delight. Such fun interaction. Location on a quiet alley and just steps from the back part of the Citadel. FYI as the only tourist entrance is from the front. Plenty of ATMs close by. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredible! The room was spotless and nothing was too much of an ask. The rooftop was awesome and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Breakfast was great! The food and drinks kept coming!!
We asked for late check out because we had an overnight train and they allowed us to keep the room. The pool was also spotless and clean and made for an awesome reprieve from the heat!
They also gave us an upgrade to the suite room. We absolutely loved our Sat and wish we had booked in for longer. 2 days was simply not long enough.

It's in a great location, close to the palace but not too busy. They took our booking at the last minute after our original accommodation fell through, and were fantastic getting us settled when we checked in near 11:00pm. The pool facilities were great and the place was so clean and pretty.

Staff memeber Nga was so incredibly kind and made me and my friends feel so welcome and was always ready with a smile and greeting, and we really appreciated the friendliness!

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée.
Son emplacement permet de faire plusieurs activités à pied.
Le personnel était également très agréable.
