Palazza Boutique Danang
Pros:

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis, dekat dengan pantai disekitar hotel banyak tempat makan yang tersedia, staff nya sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih, sarapan cukup banyak pilihan. kalau kembali ke Da nang saya pasti kembali ke hotel ini.

Pros:

Everything was great, the hotel has a very convenient location - close to everywhere, just 2 minutes from the wonderful beach. Very quiet and clean. The personal was very welcome.

Great stay in Da Nang
Pros:

The rooms are clean, the staff are lovely and the location is great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, win mart, spa’s and many more. We will be back!!!

Cons:

Breakfast did not have many varieties, however you can grab something else downstairs on the street.

Самые яркие впечатления за всю поездку по Вьетнаму! Заехали в двухкомнатный номер, в одной из комнат окно выходило в коридор, то есть его просто не было. Штора на окне дырявая, дверь на так называемый балкон толком не открывается /не закрывается. В один день пришли в номер, а там хлещет вода (прорвало один из шлангов в санузле, хорошо, что вовремя пришли, не успело в комнату протечь). Улица очень оживленна, звукоихоляция окон никакая. С чутким сном будет очень тяжело.
И при всех этих нюансах персонал клиентоориентирован на 100%. Оказывали помощь по всем вопросам, консультировали, в качестве компенсации за неудобства предоставили возможность выехать позже, подарили тарелку фруктов и бесплатный трансфер на вокзал.
Также отмечу завтраки! Каждый день что-то новенькое, все чисто, девушки приятные. Правда не было горячей воды в кафе почему-то, просили отдельно каждый день )
Море рядом. В общем, впечатления крайне противоречивые, но в конце пребывания были очень довольны.

Wouldn't stay again, sorry.
Pros:

Fantastic location and access to heaps of food, drinks and entertainment at your fingertips and lovely cool aircon in the rooms. Staff at massage place downstairs were lovely.

Cons:

Some of the staff were lovely, others were less than attentive. Wouldn't acknowledge us as we walked in, made my son very uncomfortable when he was on his own at breakfast by looking at him and talking then laughing with each other, sent my husband away from breakfast that we had paid for because too many people were there, wouldn't even let him take a coffee to go. The lady on reception was lovely and provided a sweet plate of fruit.
The room needed some upgrades - there were damages to walls and grout, staiins on the bedding, shower glass and basin.
The offered to change our money at reception but then offered a much poorer rate than local money changers.
The pool boasts amazing views online, however the glass was too dirty to even be able to see our of it and no pool towels were provided.
Very noisy at night due to location outside noise and also in hallways between rooms.
VERY hard beds.
Not somewhere I would be staying again.
