Hat leider nachgelassen, war früher besser!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, sämtliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr nah am Strand!

Cons:

Wir sind zum 2x im Palazzo gewesen, das Hotel hat in einigen Punkten nachgelassen. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, vor allem für europäische Geschmäcke. Aber auch das warme asiatische Frühstück war oft das gleiche (Karotten & Bohnen).
Die Handtücher sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt, mit Löchern und Fäden. Die 3-4 Liegen am Pool sind eigentlich nicht nutzbar von der Auflage her. Außerdem mussten wir mehrmals innerhalb 14 Tagen fehlende Duschhandtücher reklamieren. Preisleistung stimmt hier nicht mehr!

Adoré Da Nang mais probablement le moins bon hôtel de notre séjour.

Près de la plage mais pas du tout front de mer

Cons:

Un peu fausse représentation. Les photos de chambre sur Booking ne peuvent être celles de cet hôtel. Ils ont 3 Palazzo près l’un de l’autre. Alors c’est peut-être une combinaison de photo. Assez vétuste malgré une salle de bain bien rénové. Je m’attendais à un emplacement Front de mer et nous étions à deux rues du bord de mer donc, pas loin mais bon. Le mobilier autour de la piscine est très mauvais, et la piscine est petite et en plein soleil. Finalement c’est bruyant. Aucune insonorisation autant pour la porte de chambre versus corridor que les fenêtres sur rue. Le soir au moment du coucher, Au 10e étage, on entendait les conversations des gens assis en bas en plus du traffic et la musique. Très animé le soir.

They charged me extra for the towel we used for the spilled mango juice, because it became dirty. The whole room was really old.

We enjoyed staying at the Palazzo so much that we will book again when we return later this year.
Pros:

Our group absolutely loved the variety of food which catered to western and halal foods and a great selection of Vietnamese dishes. Scrabbled or Fried eggs were available and yummy. I loved the coffee as well. The hotel was a 10 minute grab from everywhere which was convenient for us and the Beer bar next door was a bonus.

Cons:

Our group loved staying at the Palazzo Boutique Hotel and would 100% would stay here again. We booked x2 family rooms with River Views. The room size was perfect, bathroom was great and I really appreciated that the towels were changed daily without needing to request the service. Australian hotels require patrons to request such a service. The door men were so friendly and the staff were helpful.

GOOD LOCATION. MANY SPA AND MASSAGE CENTRES. NO NEED WORRY ABOUT FOOD. EASY TO ACCESS. CAN WALK TO BEACH. MANY 24 HRS MART.

Pros:

Ужасный отель, старый , постель грязная, номер отвратительный, перед поездкой написала сообщение отелю, попросила чистую постель, и окно на море. Постель с пятнами , номер с крошечным окном на город. Я после 9 часового перелета , вынуждена была , искать себе новое жилье сидя на чемоданах.

Pros:

Great spot near beach my khe just 2 minutes walk. Hotel is great value for money,cleaning every day, breakfast was various and delicious, extra plus is laundry option where you in few hours have clean and dry clothes for small payment. In small street where is not big traffic you have all you need. Stores,massages,restorans, coffe and smoothies shops...All staff that work there are nice ,helpful and polite. Overall great hotel for great price.

Toller Service und angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Egal welches Anliegen man hatte, es wurde sofort reagiert und wirklich versucht, eine Lösung zu finden.

Als es mir einmal nicht gut ging, wurde mir sogar ungefragt Essen aufs Zimmer gebracht und Unterstützung bei der Besorgung von Medikamenten angeboten. Das habe ich so noch nie erlebt.

Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, bei dem man sich rundum umsorgt gefühlt hat. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren deutliche Spuren eines früheren Wasserschadens zu sehen, unter anderem ein aufgequollener Boden sowie Verfärbungen an der Wand. Das könnte für einige Gäste abschreckend sein.
Aufgrund des sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Personals und des günstigen Preises konnten wir darüber jedoch hinwegsehen.

Great location
Pros:

Great location and great staff! The breakfast buffet was nice but offered similar items each day. The hotel offers value for the price

Cons:

We really liked this hotel but just be aware that the sheets and towels might have a tear here and there. Also the pool chairs are probably the most uncomfortable you can find, but the pool is nice.

The manager, Ella and Min were exceptional I would stay again because of the staff 🥰
Pros:

Location and the staff, amazing above and beyond helping us. From finding a shop to fix my iPhone to looking after our grandson because they loved his cheeks 😂

Worthwhile stay for singles, couples and families
Pros:

Good location, close to the sea. The roads around the hotel are pedestrian zones, so walking around is easy. Plenty of restaurants, cafés and lively bars.
The room was huge. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast choice was OK, but could have been more tasty and varied. The air-conditioning in the room was quiet and effective. Generally I can recommend this hotel for a comfortable and inexpensive stay.

Cons:

The coffee served at breakfast time did not taste particularly good. Since most Vietnamese coffee elsewhere tastes fantastic, this was rather surprising
