The room where I stayed was a little bit too small and I could hear the stuff at night time through the glass door as it felt like I was in the same room as them
Next time I’ll just book a different room a little bit bigger, although this hotel is very good

On nous avait indiqué un prix de 200 000 vnd pour un early checking, finalement c’était le double et pas dans notre chambre réservé mais une autre
La chambre était minuscule, on ne pouvait pas circuler ni même mettre nos sacs quelque part, pas très pratique pour les vêtements, aucun rangement
Aucune fenêtre
Le prix pour faire une lessive est vraiment abusé
La salle de bain était ok mais la porte était vraiment chiante elle bloquait donc on ne pouvait pas être bien face à la vitre

We are around 70 years old, but you give us room in second floor, too many steps to walk up , hard and tired for us.

First of all, the room was tiny to the point we could barely move past each other once our bags were on the ground. Secondly, the bathroom WAS the shower. The shower head was above the actual toilet and beside the sink with a drain in the ground, no separation - where in the world does this??? Thirdly, and the final straw before we left this miserable place, we found lotsssss of ants crawling around our bed, above it and on the side of it. When we confronted staff about this and asked to be moved to another ‘superior’ room, they tried to charge us essentially x1.5 the price per night of the original booking (which we had for two nights!!). That ‘superior’ room was sharing a wall with the original one and also had many insects down the side of the bed. The staff then said if we didn’t want to pay, they could simply “destroy the ants for us”. This was not good enough and we immediately checked out. We got a partial, not full, cash refund as when we checked we were still down 20,000 dong. Avoid this place.

NO private parking, no room for big bike, no saftybox in room. No power near bed.
