There was one small thing I needed help with during my stay, so I spoke to the manager. They were attentive, listened to what I needed, and took the time to understand the situation. I never felt like I was being rushed or ignored. Everything was handled in a calm and professional way, which I really appreciated. It’s a small detail, but these kinds of interactions can make a stay feel much more comfortable.

One thing I noticed right away was how nice the lobby smelled. It made the hotel feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. There was some outside noise in the morning, although it wasn’t enough to bother me too much.

The calm atmosphere was probably my favourite thing about staying here. After busy days, it was nice to come back somewhere that felt quiet rather than crowded or noisy. The staff were also genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome without being too formal. My room was slightly smaller than expected, but it was well organised and had everything I needed. Once I had unpacked, I didn’t really notice the size anymore. For a short stay, it worked well for me.

Breakfast was one of the small things I enjoyed during my stay. The kitchen staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and the service was generally quick. I liked being able to sit down, have breakfast without much waiting, and then get on with my plans for the day. It was nothing complicated, but the friendly service made the experience feel more enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice start to my mornings.

We liked the location because it gave us a good chance to experience the food and everyday atmosphere of Hanoi. There were lots of small local restaurants nearby, along with cafés and other places to explore. Many of the city's popular attractions were also easy to get to, so we didn't spend too much time travelling around. Sofia was very friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations. She suggested a few places that we probably wouldn't have found on our own, which was really useful during our stay.

Le lit était vraiment confortable et j’ai très bien dormi pendant mon séjour. La chambre était agréable dans l’ensemble et disposait de tout ce dont j’avais besoin. Le seul petit point à signaler était la climatisation, qui a mis un peu de temps à rafraîchir la chambre, surtout au début. À part cela, tout était bien et j’ai passé un séjour très confortable.

Le hall et les couloirs étaient très propres et bien entretenus pendant tout mon séjour. J’ai également remarqué un parfum léger et agréable dans l’air, sans être trop fort ni envahissant. C’est un petit détail, mais en voyageant seul, j’ai apprécié ce genre de petites attentions qui rendent l’hôtel plus confortable et accueillant. L’ensemble donnait une première impression très agréable dès mon arrivée.

It wasn't the kind of room with lots of luxury touches or fancy decoration, but I actually liked how simple and comfortable it was. There was enough space for my things, and everything I needed was within easy reach. After spending most of the day out exploring, it was nice to come back to a room where I could relax and unwind. The room felt pleasant and easy to settle into, and I had no major issues during my stay. For a short trip, I think it offered a good balance between comfort and practicality. It may not be the most luxurious room I've stayed in, but it did exactly what I needed and gave me a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day.

I enjoyed my stay overall and found the room to be a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, which was especially welcome after spending hours walking around and sightseeing. The only thing I would change is the lighting. It was quite soft at night and sometimes felt a little too dark, especially when I needed to get ready or pack my things. Still, this was only a minor issue and didn't really affect my overall experience.
