Brand new hotel in an ideal location and caring staff
Pros:

Excellent stay at this brand new hotel.
The location is perfect, within walking distance of the shopping district, restaurants, the train station and the river. Our room had a balcony facing historic landmark.

The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone in the staff , was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful, offering personal attention and great local recommendations throughout our visit. The team in the breakfast area was equally welcoming and attentive.

A wonderful hotel with an unbeatable location and outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new boutique hotel in the middle of the city with a happy and helpful staff!
Delicious and full of variety breakfast.
We definitely will come back!

Pros:

Everything. Not a single complaint. The staff was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to make our stay lovely, always available in the reception when we needed something. Breakfast was perfect, good options for vegan and vegetarian people too. Daily cleaning and comfortable rooms. Location is right in the center and close to everything you might want to see while in Porto. They even left a birthday surprise in the room during our stay which made the stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is brand new which you can tell, with amazing decor and cool concepts. Outdoor yard is nice for chilling outside the room. Will definitely recommend to everyone traveling to Porto.

Fantastisches Hotel. Hier stimmt einfach alles!
Pros:

Zentral gelegenes, sehr schönes, modernes und gemütliches Hotel. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon und sämtliche Annehmlickeiten, die den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalteten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der besten, was ich je erleben durfte. Abwechslungsreich, vielfältig und frisch.

温かいスタッフと便利なホテル
Pros:

部屋が広く清潔で快適。立地も良く徒歩で観光名所全てに回ることができた。なによりスタッフの方の真摯な対応に胸を打たれた。2階の部屋に上がるためには階段を利用する必要があるが、スタッフの方が持って上がってくれたためこちらは全く負担を感じることがなかった。私の誕生日に気がついてくれたり、レストランを探していた際には「おすすめの場所があるけど、空いているか電話して確認しようか」と提案してくれたりした。
心温まる滞在はホテルの施設はもちろん、従業員の方々のお人柄によるものだった。またぜひ利用したい。

私たちが予約した部屋にはケトルやマグカップがなかったが、共有スペースに無料の水汲み場と有料のコーヒーマシーンがある。私たちは自前のケトルを持って来ていたので、近くのコンビニで紙コップを購入し、部屋でも温かい飲み物を楽しむことができた。
