Estadia Hotel d'Alma
Pros:

Acomodações muito boas, pessoal muito simpático. Quarto muito confortável e espaçoso.

Cons:

Chegamos no quarto após as 22:00 e o cheiro de comida era eminente e só melhorou após as 2:00hrs da manhã. Pensamos que poderá ser por causa do restaurante Coreano ao lado.

温かいスタッフと便利なホテル
Pros:

部屋が広く清潔で快適。立地も良く徒歩で観光名所全てに回ることができた。なによりスタッフの方の真摯な対応に胸を打たれた。2階の部屋に上がるためには階段を利用する必要があるが、スタッフの方が持って上がってくれたためこちらは全く負担を感じることがなかった。私の誕生日に気がついてくれたり、レストランを探していた際には「おすすめの場所があるけど、空いているか電話して確認しようか」と提案してくれたりした。
心温まる滞在はホテルの施設はもちろん、従業員の方々のお人柄によるものだった。またぜひ利用したい。

私たちが予約した部屋にはケトルやマグカップがなかったが、共有スペースに無料の水汲み場と有料のコーヒーマシーンがある。私たちは自前のケトルを持って来ていたので、近くのコンビニで紙コップを購入し、部屋でも温かい飲み物を楽しむことができた。

O hotel é de muito bom gosto porém não é prático.
Pros:

Eu gostei das camas e do espaço do quarto, o chuveiro é muito bom também.

Cons:

No hotel, ficamos no terceiro andar e não tinha elevador, tivemos que levar e trazer as malas pesadas na mão, além de subir vários lances de escada. A iluminação do quarto é horrível, para uma mulher se maquiar ou mesmo para secar o cabelo. O espelho do banheiro é escuro. O chuveiro fica com portas de vidro e nao tem aonde secar as toalhas. O quarto é para tirar fotos , não é nada prático. O café da manhã é contado, nao tem quase nada para comer, o lugar é bem pequeno e tem que marcar horário para o café. Não ficaria lá novamente e não indicaria.

In inverno la sala per la colazione un po sacrificata e gestita a turni, il cortile se fa freddo non è sfruttabile per la colazione

Fantastic property with everything you need within and nearby!
Pros:

It is in a fantastic location and the property and rooms are modern, large, and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - this was the best hotel we stayed in during our 6 week trip to Spain and Portugal. I highly recommend it and if we go back to Porto we’ll be staying here again!
