Quarto confortável e bom café da manhã com bastante variedades. Vista bonita do rio.

Cons:

Demora na entrega dos pedidos no bar. A piscina não funcionou 1 dia e só disseram no final do dia que tinha outra opção, sendo que foi a gente que perguntou. Esperava mais por ser um hotel 4 estrelas.

Pros:

Super schönes und modernes Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtete grosszügige Zimmer mit Balkon.
Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Nah zum Flughafen, wenn man nicht nach Lissabon hinein fahren möchte.

Cons:

Das Personal auf dem Dach, DJ und die Bardame waren an diesem Abend nicht so freundlich. Sie machten aber ihren Job sehr gut.

Da rececionista que fez o check in e da surpresa ao pa.

De não haver ninguém para ajudar a resolver uma situação.... Nunca... Um hotel de 4 estrelas deveria ter um técnico de serviço. De não haver bar por ser época baixa e está questão não estar mencionada na descrição do hotel. Um hotel de 4 estrelas aquém da minha expectativa

I needed assistance from maintenance as I dropped something behind built-in wardrobe. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he retrieved my photo - an absolute gem 👍

Luxury comfort and relaxation
Pros:

We love coming here. The rooms are beautiful with wonderful views, spacious and designed with quality furnishings artistically and modern. The shower and bathroom are modern immaculately clean and spacious with high quality shampoo and body soap. Luxurious towels and bedding. Breakfast - huge range with everything we could want !
