The staff are amazing! They are polite, attentive, welcoming and always trying to provide the best of service. I’ve stayed at the property 4 times now visiting from the USA and I look forward to the next. Thank you Upon Vila!

Great terrace on top of hotel. Beautiful views. Takes about 30 minutes to drive to airport. Very helpful staff member at front desk who helped us with our flight check in! I wish we had her name but she lived in Philadelphia for 6 years. She was so nice!

I don't know how this "Dream Team" was put together but they are Amazing!

All so helpful with restaurant recommendations, reservations, walking directions you name they have the answers.

This hotel is across the bridge but if you want FRESH seafood Alcochete is the place to go & Upon Vila is the place to stay.

I did not like two things. First, the location — this property is far from almost everything, and nothing of interest is really nearby. Second, the staff — I would expect hotel employees to be more fluent in English, as well as more friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable.

The hotel is nice place to stay but it s to far from lisbone you nees a car or take a bus for 56 minutes and near from hotel there is noting difficult to eat or take cafe but the hotel is good

Effet whaou de l'hôtel, des chambres alors qu'en arrivant le quartier ne semblait pas engageant. Pour autant, nous étions deux amies et nous ne nous sommes jamais senties en danger. Nous sommes sorties sans problème à pied sans aucun souci. Magnifique hôtel, chambres, et excellent petit déjeuner avec un grand choix.

Tolles Hotel mit großen, gemütlichen und sauberen Zimmern dazu ein sehr schöner Pool. Frühstück super frisch und lecker, dazu nette Extras wie Hausschuhe, Fogaças de Alcochete als Willkommensgeschenk und Kekse zum Abschied. Rundum ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt!

Lovely hotel close to the beach, good amenities, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Couldn’t ask for a better spot! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and only a few minutes from the sand.

This hotel is a true gem and I am beyond glad, I found it! It's located on the opposite side of Lisbon, outside of the hustle of the city, yet only a quick Uber ride away. The location is absolutely perfect for everybody searching for a peaceful hideaway. The river view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunset!

Beautiful hotel! First thing you notice upon walking in is the great smell! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is away from the hussle and bussle of the city but easily accessible to reach either by Uber or a bus to ferry. The ferry ride is amazing especially around sunset. The hotel has a great rooftop bar and pool where you can also relax while the sun goes down. Overall this was a great experience and if i visit again this will be my hotel of choice

Hotel molto bello, condizioni ottimali, camera spaziosa con balcone vista fiume/mare/lisbona, bagno con ottima doccia.
Gentilissima e bravissima la ragazza alla reception che ci ha fatto check-in, davvero complimenti!!
Un peccato stare solo una notte ma è parte di un viaggio più lungo.
