Pros:

Room was great, clean, spacious. The swimming pool was cozy even if it was small. Hotel very close to bus stations as well. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind, helpful and they even let me check in earlier, and let me know when the room was ready.

Pros:

Excelente no conforto, na decoração, na simpatia e prestação dos colaboradores. 2º atendimento na recepção, na chegada, João, obrigada pela gentileza. Pequeno almoço fabuloso. Atendimento no Bar da piscina, igualmente muito bom e simpático.

Cons:

Infelizmente, pensando que por falta de experiência, o check-in e o check-out, feito pelo mesmo colaborador, não decorreu de forma expectável, tendo em conta a classificação do Alojamento. No Bar do Hotel, penso que deveriam reconsiderar o plástico, nas chávenas de café e serviço de outras bebidas.

Great place to stop over on the way to the Algarve.
Pros:

The room, the location, the breakfast, and the dinner we had at the rooftop bar were all excellent and a good value. I recommend the chicken caesar salad and fries for dinner!

Cons:

We stopped without a reservation, but had seen availability and a price online. The front desk employee gave me a higher price, and said he didn't have a room available at the price I had seen on line. So I booked it on booking.com. He said it would take at least 10 minutes for it to come through and that he couldn't guarantee that category room. THEN it came through and he begrudgingly started to work on it and their internet went down as he was issuing keys. He had a non-English speaking associate take us to our room which was already occupied. She proceeded to chat with the occupant and ignored us. We went without her back down to tell the front desk clerk and he said oh well. So we left our bags with him, went to dinner and tried again after. All was fine then. He just wasn't enthusiastic about helping, nor was his associate.

Vale muito pela vista para o pôr do sol!
Pros:

A vista do hotel é magnífica e o pôr do sol é lindo. Óptima localização, junto à zona ribeirinha de Alcochete. Gostámos muito do quarto, espaçoso e confortável e com uma decoração clean. Os colaboradores foram todos prestáveis e simpáticos.

Cons:

Haviam cabelos no quarto e no duche quando entrámos. O botão para trocar do chuveiro de parede para o de mão não funcionava, sendo que a água do chuveiro de parede tinha pouca pressão. A porta de entrada do quarto tinha de ser empurrada com força para se conseguir abrir. A porta da casa de banho quando aberta fica numa posição que dificulta a passagem no interior e por várias vezes nos magoámos nos pés por causa do batente da porta. Pequeno almoço era bom mas podia ter mais escolha. A piscina encontrava-se muito lotada e por isso não haviam espreguiçadeiras. Ginásio muito pequeno com pouca variedade de máquinas. A bicicleta no ginásio tinha o botão de regulação da altura do banco perro pelo que não se conseguia subir nem descer o banco. Pedimos 2 bebidas no bar e serviram ambas em copos que estavam sujos com marcas de baton pelo que tivemos de alertar as funcionárias.

Great hotel in Alcochete
Pros:

Spacious room, nice river view.
Free parking just outside the hotel.
Great breakfast.
Very attentive staff (they even gave us a little cake to celebrate the birthday)
