Pros:

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf, het terras had een mooi uitzicht over de tuin. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en in de weer. Bij het ontbijt was er genoeg keuze en alles was heel lekker.

Pros:

we hadden een kamer geboekt op begane grond, maar kregen een upgrade naar eentje op 2e verdiep. Heerlijke laatste sunset gezien vanuit onze kamer.

Pros:

De locatie is prima. Op loopafstand van metro en enkele bezienswaardigheden zoals de markthal. De kamers zijn niet heel groot maar verder wel netjes. Het bed was goed en er was ook weinig geluid van de straat. Eén van de beste douches van alle (vele) hotels waar ik geslapen heb. De binnentuin is ook een leuk extraatje.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is ok, maar had nog wel iets uitgebreider gemogen. Het staat allemaal ook een beetje gepropt op de bar. Er was wat gedoe met inchecken, dus kamer was ook echt pas om 15:00 klaar. (dat was op zich de afspraak, maar voelt dan toch jammer als je zit te wachten)

Beautiful little oasis in a crowded city. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful.

Staff friendly but service poor
Pros:

Staff are few and far between there seems to be one person working reception the bar and the restaurant. Also all very junior and lack of overall manager or senior member of staff ensuring standards.

Pros:

We got upgraded and the room was nice. The bed at first sight didn't feel comfortable but we both had a good night sleep.

Cons:

Our room got a burst of stinky sewage smell for like 5 mins but it went away after that. It was around 18:30 and we wondered if it was more a street thing than a room issue. We opened the window for a bit. Then decided to just go outside when we returned there was no issue after that.
