Breakfast, slow service, not great options
The hotel was 5-10 minutes-ish from the nearest bus stop / metro station. Limited amenities nearby, but we were told of a good restaurant and we found a good cafe. Breakfast had a good range of continental and cooked options. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, helpful and nearly all of them spoke very good English.
Quite a walk with luggage from the nearest metro station, especially if someone had mobility difficulties. Room temperature was too high when we arrived and the air con took some time to bring it down to a comfortable level.
This was a last-minute booking after another prepaid option completely screwed us over, and we’re so glad we ended up here! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and kind. The room was clean, spacious enough for two, and very chic. The location was also great—about a 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, such a pleasant stay and a great last-minute find!
The facility was lovely. I really liked the courtyard. The check in was friendly and the bar and service staff were so nice.
It was really hard to get drinks during happy hour. Sometimes the bartender and other staff were preparing for dinner service on the other side and were not available for service at the bar.
