Comfy hotel, good breakfast, exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff was absurdly gentle, always ready to help, and very polite. It really exceeded my expectations. The person responsible for the breakfast went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Comfortable, great location, great staff, we would recommend and book here again if back in Porto.

היה מדהים!! המיקום מדויק.הכל במרחק הליכה מעולה ,איזור שקט ונעים ואיזור יפייפה ורגוע. הצוות היה מקסים ואכפתי.היינו צריכים להישאר במלון לעוד יומיים והם עזרו לנו מיד והבינו את הסיטואציה. הנקיון חדרים היה מעולה ותמיד היה נקי ומסודר . חווית המלון הכי טובה שהייתה לי

Nice hotel, pleasant and well worth the price.
Pros:

It was a spacious bedroom. Caterina on reception was very friendly and helpful when we first arrived and the bar staff were lovely.

Cons:

I’m a tea drinker me there was no milk provided with the complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom. Also the tap in the sink in the bathroom could have flowed stronger but on the whole the bedroom was nice.
