5 jours à Porto extraordinaire
Pros:

Bel hôtel et très belle localisation où il est possible de tout faire à pied. La piscine et le sauna sont fantastiques. Très bon petit déjeuner. On a testé les massages est l’experience a été extraordinaire

Cons:

La moquette est très épaisse et nous comprenons qu’il est difficile d’enlever toutes les taches.

Kontrastprogramm am Zweiten und Abreisetag. Unmotiviertes Personal (Ms Marianna) beim Frühstück - das by the way
erst ab 07.30am angeboten wurde. Nicht wie am ersten Tag zum Tisch eskortiert und mit einer Speisekarte versorgt um das
recht ansprechende Frühstück auch auszusuchen. Da ich zeitlich unter Druck war um einen Flug zu erreichen, waren die
Verzögerungen beim Frühstück von einer halben Stunde nicht tragbar - udn auch die Art und Weise wie hier agiert wurde
war einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

Loved the included breakfast, the friendly staff, and the little touches like having our car brought up from the deck with water bottles in the cupholders or the to-go breakfast box option. The bed was comfortable and the shower's water pressure and quality of the fixtures were excellent. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym.

Tout était absolument impeccable. Le personnel très sympathique, attentionné et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, frais, un régal.
La chambre silencieuse, le lit très confortable, tout était vraiment impeccable !
Les cocktails sur le roof top délicieux!
Un merci particulier à la petite attention à notre arrivée dans la chambre!
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

חוויית האירוח במלון מאכזבת מאוד בלשון המעטה.
מדובר במלון שאינו עומד ברמה המצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים, לא מבחינת השירות ולא מבחינת המתקנים.
הצוות אמנם אדיב ומחויך, אך כאשר מתעוררות בעיות אין תחושה של רצון אמיתי לסייע או למצוא פתרונות. הדגש הוא על ניצול המצב לטובת גביית תשלומים נוספים.
גם מבחינת החדרים והמתקנים החוויה הייתה רחוקה מהמצופה: האבזור בסיסי, וזרם המים במקלחת חלש מאוד, ברמה שמזכירה אכסניה ולא מלון יוקרתי.

ארוחת הבוקר בינונית מטה ואינה תואמת את הסטנדרט שמלון ברמה זו אמור להציע. ניסינו להזמין כמה פעמים ביצה עלומה. פעם ראשונה הביאו ביצה מבושלת, פעם שניה חלבון היה נוזלי- אין ידע בסיסי בבישול, לכן מוצגים בעיקר פירות בארוחת בוקר. ירקות אין בכלל.
ממליצה לא להתקרב למקום ולשקול היטב חלופות אחרות לפני שמבצעים הזמנה.
