Pros:

Die Hotelzimmer und der Service waren super und sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Teppich in beiden unserer Zimmer war recht dreckig und das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Beautiful hotel but terrible location
Pros:

I loved the staff especially Gabriel out in the front reception. He was helpful and very kind.

Cons:

Location is in a bit more of a sketchy area and rough looking. I would say it is not an ideal location. The hotel was perfect but the location is just not ideal. I would stay in Alfama next time.

Pros:

The hotel is very modern and new. Staff are friendly. Location close to the center, but not too close that its very busy. Nice restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft.
The water in the shower couldnt get above average warmth, i needed it to be abit warmer.
The cleanliness could be improved.
