Great upscale hotel with modern features on a small budget
Pros:

The location. The room was super clean and modern, with electric curtains, nice pressure showers, very good use of a relatively small room. Though the location wasn't the prettiest, it was definitely well located as it was under 15min drive to the airport, but also a few minutes walk to the latest metro, bus and tram stations. All under 10 min. The staff were also polite and helpful. For the budget, this room was hotel was great.

Cons:

The room could've been bigger, but for it was spacious enough to not feel cramped. The neighborhood also wasn't there prettiest, but I wouldn't go as far as to say it was dangerous. Breakfast was pretty bland and not many options

The pillows were very thin and there was only one each and the plates were all chipped there also wasn’t any robes or slippers as described

A Nice experience
Pros:

Staff were extremely Nice and polite. AC was excellent. Looks really nice and pretty.
Room was really comfortable and modern, the electrical curtains were really nice. Mini fridge was also Nice, it was empty so we could put water bottles and such there. Housekeeping was efficient.

Cons:

Not really many services available. We were told to ask if Anything was needed, but most of the requests were denied. We had to call about a seperate duvet, and were told to come pick it up ourselves. Then the last night we came to ask for the same thing and it was brought to our room.
The bathroom floor is really slippery after showering and there was nothing to dry it with. There were also very little hooks to hang your towels or anything.
The area is not the best, would not recommend moving alone outside at night.
All in all, a good experience but maybe not 4 stars.

Felt very comfortable during our stay.
Pros:

Great communication, staff will help you with everything you need, rooms clean. Great location - just a few meters from metro station and tram28 station. Highly recommended.
