A Wonderful Stay in Lisbon!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The interior is beautiful, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, and the rooms are equally lovely and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent, offering a great start to the day.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, with the metro and the famous Tram 28 right on the doorstep. It couldn’t be more convenient for exploring this amazing city.

What really made our stay special was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Lisbon is truly a fantastic city, and this hotel was the perfect base for discovering it. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We truly enjoyed the hotel and staff. Our favorite hotel out of 5 different ones we stayed at.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly accomodating, friendly, helpful, and professional. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and they beautifully decorated our room for the occasion. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. Thank you for making our celebration so merorable!

Cons:

The area is not too safe to walk at night alone.

Das Personal war super freundlich! Die Lage ist grandios. Es sind ca 15 Gehminuten des Zentrums und man hat rundum super tolle Brunch-Spots. Das Bett ist super bequem

Very conveniently placed and lovely rooms
Pros:

Just opposite the metro station which is great. Room was really beautiful, smelled great and was spacious.

Cons:

There were fruit flies in our room which was a bit of a disturbance.

This is a well located property with modern rooms and a friendly staff.
Pros:

Located in a less touristy area but still very safe and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were verse friendly. Tram stop in front.

Cons:

The property is an old building renovated in a very modern style with electronic control of lights curtains etc. Everything is mirrored. It was a bit too « Vegas » for me but everything works. There’s one other minor complaint. They are perfuming the lobby etc too much.

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location and very tastefully decorated. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Malara was particularly helpful.

Very nice hotel with very friendly and attentive staff in a good location, right beside a Metro station and on a tram li

Very nice room, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom/ shower

Cons:

No reflection on the hotel but the complimentary taxi from the Airport to the hotel was an absolute disaster. It eventually arrived 2 hours after our flight had landed and that was after being brought around the Airport by the Global Elite representative to a number of different locations to try and locate the taxi

Cons:

Sistema de Tv péssimo não funciona, recepção muitas vezes sem ninguém , ocasião que segurança fica comprometida . Um dia café iniciou -se às 7:30 comprometendo nosso compromisso. Fiquei mais 3 dias além do programado , paguei antecipado e quando voltamos da rua cartão não abria porta (não atualizaram extensão da estadia ) Cobrança da estadia feita pelo Booking também foi cobrada antes , e não obedecia “pagar na hospedagem “ .Localizacao do hotel é boa , mas zona muita barulhenta , ambulâncias e bombeiros, e polícia toda noite com sirenes ligadas .

Great hotel. Only issue during the day there is a daycare across the street and all you could hear were the kids playing
