Real value for money , centrally located clean hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is great , handy for metro and easy to get picked up from. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Property is super clean. Free tea coffee and water.

Cons:

Disappointed not to have a window in my room .

The staff are very friendly and the room was clean

Cons:

The credit card surcharge and the overpriced airport pick-up which is about 4 times the rate of a grab car or similar service.
There are a couple of windows that are closed, but always shining lights in the room 24/7

Das Personal war super freundlich. Christine und Vincent hatten immer einen Hilfreichen Tipp parat, sei es für Wellness oder Ausflüge.
Ich hab mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Das Hotel ist ruhig in den einer Seitenstrasse gelegen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir einen Spiegel im Zimmer gewünscht.

The friendliest staff!
Pros:

Great location being minutes away from Ben Thanh market but down a quiet alleyway. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
