Not suited for tourists who want a comfy stay/travel lifestyle
Pros:

Sorry, hard to say that we liked anything as tourists about this hotel/location.

Cons:

Horrible location for tourists who do not own or rent a motorbike. Hidden away inside many small alleyways, taxi's aren't able to pick you up => you have to walk outside for about 500+ meters, also through a busy busy narrow market place ( which you also go through with your suitcases! )

The room was perfect. I was there for the weekend so I didn’t need a lot of space. It was exactly what I needed to rest

be careful with what you read
Pros:

It is self-contained, so you have privacy; the price was okay, and I have stayed in better places for cheaper in the area.
The place has a filter water tap on the ground floor. The room was small, but I was solo, so it was okay for me. If you are a couple, you may struggle for space. The location is 30 mins away D1. The gentleman who checked me in doesn't speak much English, so please download a translation app to help him and you communicate.
For payment, you need cash or a Vietnamese card and app. This was not told to me at booking.

Cons:

You can get a car to the location, so if you have luggage like I did, you will be walking for at least 10 minutes. This was not told to me when I booked. You can get through with a grab bike.
I didn't feel safe, so I never went out after 8 pm. I had food delivered.
They have tried to charge me for damages. I used a towel, and I am dark skinned; they told me they couldn't use the towel again because of damages and wanted to charge my card 200.000.
This means they are not washing the towels as they could and use them again, but because I am darkly skinned, as I washed my make-up off, they are staying damaged. I also used a towel to wipe up some coke I spilt, as there were no tissues in the room.
I have reported this to booking.com, but not sure if they have received the comments and photos. I am unsure what will happen next as the hotel has my card details, and I haven't been able to speak to booking.com directly.
