Royal Beachfront Villas Danang

When we arrived, we have had a warm welcome from Brian, the Villas manager who upgraded us from a 2-bedroom villa with a garden view to a 3-bedroom villa with ocean view ! Brian look after us throughout our stay. The villa was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The staff was very polite and made everthing they can to make our stay an unforgettable experience. We definitely would love to go back in this great property.

Die Unterkunft, blitzsauber und direkt am Meer gelegen. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Und die Villa mit eigenen Pool ist einfach nur ein Traum! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und unfassbar freundlich. Ich kann nicht meckern, jederzeit und sofort wieder! Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, in denen ich je war 😍
Natürlich kein Schnapper, aber mit Lage und Qualität bestochen!

Miła i pomocna obsługa. Wille czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Cały czas można odczuć, że ktoś o Ciebie dba i zabiega, ale dzieje się to w sposób nienachalny. Ocean Villa oraz Beach Villa jako rozwiązanie na pobyt z dziećmi to strzał w dziesiątkę. Basen jest czysty a i tak co najmniej raz dziennie pod naszą nieobecność sprawdzał czystość basenu i robił wokół niego porządek. Dla mieszkańców willi śniadanie podawane jest w restauracji na basenem od strony oceanu. Pięknym widokom towarzyszą wspaniałe lokalne smaki, serwowane przez zawsze uśmiechniętą, pomocną i elegancką obsługę. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a jeżeli nie znalazł to znaczy, że nie był głodny.
Jeżeli krótko miałbym napisać czy warto odwiedzić ten hotel odpowiedziałbym - Tak, a jeżeli miałbym napisać słowo więcej to napisałbym, że jeżeli szukacie miejsca na rodzinny wypoczynek w Wietnamie Hotel Royal Beachfront Villas jest świetnym rozwiązaniem. Bliskość cudownej miejscowości Hoi An z jej wspaniałym klimatem jedynie zwiększa atrakcyjność tego miejsca. Plaża jest czysta i zadbana a restauracje oferują dobrą kuchnie.

Gorgeous beachfront villa, sound and view of the sea from your bedroom, beautiful bathrooms, very comfortable beds, great pool for cooling off, short walk to breakfast and beach.

We booked a villa which was amazing. It had its own pool and free mini bar. It was fantastic
All the staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough to help us. Always polite, smiling and helpful. The location was also brilliant only £3 on a grab to into Hoi An

Lovely pools and right on the beach. Friendly staff. Quite expensive to eat and drink on site though.

Beachfront villa with pool was amazing, accommodation is really spacious, breakfast is really good with so much choice and the beach is really clean and beautiful.

Too many policies which did not make sense. spa no AC working . Staff has language barrier no one understand English well

ヴィラに宿泊しました。広さも間取りも素晴らしかったです。問題はシャワーの排水部分が詰まっていて、毎晩水浸しになってしまったこと。リビングの天井の扇風機も故障して動きませんでした。スタッフについては、清掃スタッフはしっかりと仕事をしてくれていました。フロントのスタッフは対応の良い人と塩対応の人、両方がいました。朝食会場はヴィラとホテル棟の宿泊者で分かれていました（ヴィラ宿泊者は両レストランを利用可能）。レベルは悪くなかったです。ヴィラ宿泊者のレストランのみにあったのは生ハムとスムージー各種で少し差をつけているようでした。

The venue is excellent the villas beautiful and the location great.
initially we were not warmly welcomed and staff suggested we had been scammed on booking dot com. This was eventually resolved as they had assumed the booking was in my husbands name on not mine.
The service in the restaurant was slow even when relatively empty with staff seemingly extra and not anticipating guests needs of water drinks and menus. we had three nights there and this was a regular observation. The restaurant staff while friendly did not share what was not available when bringing the menu - so on ordering we had to reorder on both occasions. The pool and beach service was great and good quality. The breakfast excellent.
The staff could be more patient when working with Google translate - we had several incidents that we were patiently trying to resolve and it just got frustrating to resolved. A staff person picked up a key card that was left and we were unable to communicate that it was likely ours.
In the gym - we were not able to negotiate its return and on check out we were asked to pay for it. Which we did- it just became easier - as we had not pursued the return with the initial incident.
There was
Construction happening on site and while the massage are excellent the vibration and hammering was unwelcome distraction We had stayed in several other hotels and staff were far more confident with Google translate. It is a lovely location and we would consider it again
