Ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder einchecken.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und nett. Das Zimmer war eine Augenweide und sehr schon gestaltet. Die Halbpension hat sich für uns gelohnt und war auch sehr gut( Abendessen). Der Innenpool war toll. Alles war sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war täglich dasselbe. Der Kaffee bzw. der Cappuccino waren nicht gut.

Un convent, un hôpital, une école puis un hôtel !
Pros:

La dame des pancakes :) les piscines. L'accueil. Le petit déjeuner. Localisation top! Vue sur la mer. Enfants chouchoutés. L'architecture de l'édifice incroyable !

Cons:

Manquait de gel douche et WC peu fourni pour une famille de 4.

Pros:

Boa localização. Bom ginásio. Quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço com muita variedade mas muito pouca qualidade, notória preferência de alguns membros do staff em servir hóspedes estrangeiros no bar e na sala de pequenos-almoços. Cama pouco confortável. Não foi uma estadia horrivel mas não justifica de todo o preço.

Отличное место для отдыха и путешествия в Понта Дельгада и по острову.
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля в шаговой доступности до всех основных достопримечательностей. Бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта. Историческое здание, очень красиво оформлено. Прекрасный дизайн. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Менеджер устроил нам экскурс по отелю. Приятным бонусом в честь моего дня рождения была плата сыров , фруктов и бутылка вкусного местного вина ( вино за отдельную , но очень доступную плату) , что создало приятную атмосферу и хорошее настроение. Уютный тихий номер с видом на бассейн. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Отличный душ с набором мыла, шампуни и кремом для тела с великолепным ароматом. Хороший завтрак . Ужин рекомендуем заказывать a la carte. Прекрасный закрытый бассейн, сауна, SPA. К сожалению не хватило времени ими воспользоваться, но выглядели очень привлекательно.

Acima da expectativa. Excepcional!
Pros:

Gostámos da atenção e disponibilidade de todo o pessoal do Hotel, especialmente do Sr. Luis Belchior da Recepção, do Assistente de direção e do Diretor, que, sempre muito presentes e atentos aos pormenores, foram sempre da maior simpatia e procuraram que a nossa estadia fosse excepcional. Houve sempre cuidado e a oferta de uns "mimos" no quarto.
Pequeno almoço bom, com pessoal sempre atento a repor os alimentos e a oferecer bebidas quentes. Muito bom.
As senhoras da limpeza muito simpáticas e o serviço excepcional.
O Hotel está muito bem cuidado, com grandes profissionais e em boas mãos.

Tolles Hotel zum 2-3 Tage vor der Rückreise auszuspannen.
Pros:

Tolles Gebäude, schöner Pool und Wellnessbereich. Große komfortable Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Großstücksbuffet. Sehr bequeme Poolliegen.

Cons:

Die Pools könnten etwas tiefer sein. Nur 1,06 und 1,20 m. Einflugschneise des Flughafens.

All in all a good stay tho I would not choose it for a longer stay.

Rooms were nice. It was a good stopover for one night.
