A mija estadia foi muito boa. Não se ouvia barulho dos quartos vizinhos. A cozinha é muito boa.

Pros:

La ubicación, el tamaño y comodidad de la habitación. También el gimnasio. Posibilidad de parking

Cons:

El desayuno: poca variedad de dulce y siempre lo mismo (estuvimos 6 días). El personal del desayuno tardaba en reponer los platos acabados y había que pedirlo. Lo mismo ocurría con el café.

Ein tolles Hotel im Zentrum Ponta Delgadas
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt gleich an der Promenade neben dem Fort und ist damit ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Morgens wird ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet serviert, wo es viele kalte und warme Speisen gibt. Eierspeisen werden auf Nachfrage live von einem Koch zubereitet.

Cons:

Das Abendessen wurde in diesem Jahr nur als Menü und nicht als Büffet serviert. Es gab jeweils drei Alternativen zur Auswahl. Die Speisen am Abend hätten teils noch etwas mehr Würze vertragen können - es war zum Teil etwas fad.

Une ile et une bonne adresse à recommander 😍😍
Pros:

Excellent séjour très bel hôtel cadre magnifique très bien placé à ponta delgada belle ile à découvrir personnel sympa encore merci pour le geste pour mon anniversaire et votre repas gastro du mercredi soir

Cons:

Manque un peu plus de diversité au repas du soir pour le goût des français au petit déjeuner grillé pain trop petit . Parler un peu plus français.

Stay went from excellent to okay,
Pros:

* the service although in some cases totally disinterested
* beautiful property
* good location and parking
* okay breakfast
* lovely big room

Cons:

* no access to pool and sauna after 8 pm
* no one in bar to serve you ( hotel feels understaffed)
* very hard mattress
* long checkout - waited for lengthy phone conversation
* Invited to a meetup and drink with management but no management showed up.

Excellent stay in a historic building
Pros:

We were upgraded to a bigger room with free breakfast and free parking for our 8-day stay. The location is perfect - at the edge of the city center but still easy to walk everywhere.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.
