A localização e a simpatia dos funcionários.

Excelente estadia com conforto e tranquilidade.

Excelente hotel, com staff muito educado e disponível. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Excelente localização em Ponta Delgada. Piscinas do hotel excelentes. Opção excelente para férias em família.

Agradable, pero...
Pros:

La atención del personal, el desayuno, el edificio.

Cons:

En la planta de arriba, cuarta planta, se escucha toda la noche el ruido que producen los equipos de aire acondicionado.
El baño es pequeño y la taza del water está demasiado pegada a la pared. Además te das con la pierna en el portarrollos del papel higiénico.

Beautiful historic renovated convent building, wonderful staff , all kinds of coffee at breakfast if you ask for it :) , indoor sauna and indoor pool superb , outdoor pool wonderful in the courtyard , late breakfast :) , Steve and his colleagues at reception very helpful and friendly. Wonderful service ! I love the idea that the hotel chain has their own vineyards and that the wine prices are really fair and the wines are excellent 👌

Perfekt
Pros:

Hotel in Top Lage, sowohl als Basis für Ausflüge, als auch um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Schöne große Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und modernem Badezimmer. Das historische Gebäude wurde liebevoll restauriert und modernisiert. Der Pool im Innenhof ist super, um sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag bei angenehmer Nachmittagssonne zu entspannen. Das freundliche und professionelle Personal hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt haben.
Beim Frühstück den frisch gepressten Orangensaft nicht verpassen!

Pros:

Au premier abord, un hôtel fabuleux ! Nous nous réjouissons même si nous ne restons qu'une nuit et je me fais une note que lors d'un prochain séjour nous y passerons plus de temps.
Puis la personne de l'hôtel nous fait prendre un chemin tortueux pour arriver à un étage entre deux étages où les fenêtres de la chambre sont petites ce qui fait que la pièce est sombre.
Nous avons eu la compagnie de petits cafards mais bon dans les pays humides c'est peut être courant ?
Ce qui nous a le plus énervé est que nous devions nous lever tôt pour prendre un avion et ne pouvions pas prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Le matin quand nous avons voulu nous faire un café dans la chambre, ce qui est quand même assez courant, pas de machine à café ou bouilloire !!! Mais un petit mot indiquant qu'il faut demander les machines à la réception ??? La personne de la réception qui nous a accompagné à la chambre aurait pu nous en informer étant donné qu'elle nous réservait un taxi pour le matin tôt ainsi qu'une boite petit déjeuner à emporter !
Finalement nous ne retournerons pus à cet hôtel !
