Quinta Marugo is a wonderful place in the beautiful region of Alentejo. The place offers a lot of peace, given its rural location in the countryside and relaxation opportunities (pool, Yoga, sport activities). The focus on organic food production and sustainable use of resources are omnipresent, showing how tourism can become more sustainable and offer inspiration for home usage and change in behaviors.
The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole experience very personal which we highly appreciated.
The chef prepared delicious and healthy food, respecting personal preferences.
The rooms are very fine. Note there is no Wifi in the rooms but only common areas which I think is fine.
