El Hotel está ubicado cerca de la Plaza del Marqués de Pombal , a unos 10 minutos andando. Desde ahí tienes posibilidad de moverte a donde llegue el transporte urbano. Mi consejo es bajar andando desde la Plaza , viendo la Avda, da Liberdade , Restauradores, Roccio y la baixa rematando en la espectacular Plaza del Comercio, y ya para volver al hotel coge el metro en una esquina de la plaza (línea azul) hasta Marqués de Pombal y al Hotel . El servicio de atención al cliente es muy atento y agradable. El Desayuno está en la misma planta baja del Hotel , es un espacio relativamente pequeño para el tamaño del Hotel , uno de los dos días que estuve allí estaba completo, y lo que es el buffet , muy buena atención del personal , en cuanto al desayuno , los zumos son bastante malos , la fruta está bien , el queso y fiambre es mejorable , la parte caliente también mejorable, las salchichas son malisimas , el bacon regular y el huevo, los beans y otros son aceptables, la parte del pan está bien, las mermeladas muy buenas , yogur bien y la parte dulce normalita (las natas típicas de Portugal estaban buenas y los croissants también). Una recomendación para el desayuno que he visto en otros hoteles en otros paises de Europa y es hacer un corner con productos típicos portugueses. La habitación tiene un tamaño aceptable , tienen cafetera y calentador de agua con alguna cápsula y tés (sería recomendable poner unos sobres de leche en polvo o capsulitas con leche líquida) , la cama está bien , es cómoda , buen aire acondicionado, podría tener algún detalle más de decoración, muy sobrias las paredes y el baño está bien aunque la ducha con la mampara es un poco justa .
