Pros:

Logement idéalement situé dans la rue principale de Coimbra. Spacieux et confortable, bien décoré. Place de parking pratique.

Cons:

A noter ; beaucoup de marchés pour accéder à l’immeuble et à l’appartement.
Plancher qui grince et du bruit entre les appartements.
Salle de bain étroite.

Comodidad y buena ubicación
Pros:

Apartamento muy céntrico y espacioso. Estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Muy bien aislado y no se oía ningún ruido por lo que hemos descansado cómodamente. El personal ha sido muy atento en todo momento y poder disponer de aparcamiento cercano al alojamiento ha sido una ventaja. Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo. Si hubiera que poner una pega sería es que no hay ascensor, pero nosotros estábamos en la primera planta y no resultó ser un problema.

Appartamento top per un soggiorno a Coimbra
Pros:

La posizione perfetta, l'appartamento era spazioso, moderno, lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile (sia dell'hotel Olso dove abbiamo effettuato il check in, sia dell'appartamento - due ragazzi ci hanno anche aiutato a portare le valige in casa), il parcheggio incluso (fondamentale)

Cons:

Mancava la lavatrice nell'appartamento (per un road trip e'importante)

A vibração de Coimbra está há dois passos da acomodação!
Pros:

O apartamento fica bem localizado, é bastante espaçoso e completo. A equipe do Hotel Oslo foi bastante prestativa e prestou todo o suporte necessário. O estacionamento é coberto e gratuito.
O apartamento é espaçoso, com dois quartos separados.
E o café da manhã é completo, delicioso é entregue na porta da acomodação!

Cons:

Ainda bem que havíamos concentrado nossos pertences em poucas malas, pq não dá pra chegar na porta da acomodação de carro.

Unmatched quality experience in the best spot of Coimbra.
Pros:

Well located. Tastefully decorated, clean and in excellent condition. The staff was outstanding.

Cons:

There is no elevator in the property and going up and down to the upper units could be tiring for elder people.

Pros:

Great location, super central. There is a car parking nearby. We were both able to work remotely from the apartment, there's a desk and the kitchen table is also ok for working We had a good time. The apartment belongs to a hotel and the whole building is made of similar apartments. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit crammed. The back half of the house was a bit dark. The decoration was somewhat impersonal.

Cons:

You have to carry your luggage, up hill and. a bout 200 m, with stairs. The hotel handling the check-in helps but you have to know it in advance, pack your stuff in a small trolley, etc.
I didn't know about it when I made the reservation. I got an email before arrival with those details.

Séjour en famille
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter tous les points forts de la ville. L’organisation avec l’hôtel Oslo pour le parking et le checking in était irréprochable et très pratique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé les petites fiches de suggestions (shopping, courses, restaurants…) l’appartement était bien équipé et très confortable, avec de belles vues sur les toits de Coimbra. Les chambres étaient parfaites pour nous (2 adultes et un enfant de 14 ans). Il est important de noter (mais on était bien averti des la réservation) que l’appartement est au 5e étage sans ascenseur et qu’il y a deux poutres au niveau du sol car il est dans les combles. Cela ne nous a pas du tout gêné mais pourrait être un inconvénient pour d’autres voyageurs.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Entre Raus Apartments to anyone visiting Coimbra.
Pros:

Our stay at Entre Ruas Apartments in Coimbra was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautiful—spotlessly clean, stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It was one of the nicest places we stayed during our trip to Portugal.

The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us get from the hotel to the apartment and make sure we were comfortable. Their hospitality was outstanding.

One piece of advice for future guests: don’t let the walk or the stairs discourage you. Coimbra is a historic hillside city, and the climb is absolutely worth it. The location is fantastic, and once you arrive, you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city.
