Fantastic accommodation, highly attentive staff, great location.
Pros:

Firstly I would say the staff were the best thing about the hotel & our stay, very attentive and could not do more for you. One member even gave recommendations for bars & restaurants when we were going out. The room was ample size with a small balcony area, very comfy beds and well equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was of a very high standard.

Cons:

The toilet and shower are separated from the bedroom by some opaque glass, just a few feet from the bed, this didn't make for particularly private bathroom experiences(!). There was a tote / beach bag that we'd used that was in the room, this came in handy for beach visits. We assumed the bag was included in the room but was told on check out to pay £25 for it, it was already in our luggage and too tricky to find when we were departing, to produce, hessian tote bags would cost less than £1, so quite the mark up on a product we thought was free. We were informed there was a price list in the room (on our departure), it would have been beneficial to be aware of this when checking in.

This hotel truly stood out compared to the others I’ve stayed in. It felt different in a very positive way — more comfortable, more welcoming, and overall more enjoyable.

I was especially impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Their special birthday surprise made my stay even more memorable, and I’m truly grateful for that thoughtful gesture.

It’s the kind of place where I could easily imagine staying longer, and I would definitely choose it again in the future. Everything about the experience made me feel relaxed and well taken care of.

Highly recommended!

I think this is one of those cases where there can be no downsides.

Pros:

Beautiful architecture, lovely atmosphere, perfect location. Friendly staff, very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Three things weren’t clear for us from while booking: the hotel restaurant doesn’t open for dinner, the pool although heated isn’t open until April, and finally there is no spa at all.

Pros:

Beautifully appointed and terrific central location. The staff were exceptional. I had a medical and dental emergency and the care, expertise and support was immense

Parking - auto stało na zewnątrz i zapłaciliśmy za nie coś 60 euro - dowiedzieliśmy się o koszcie opuszczając hotel . Basen trochę mały ale to kamienica w centrum miasta

Peaceful and beautiful stay
Pros:

Incredible little boutique hotel! It went above our expectations. The building is well renovated with a beautiful staircase up to the rooms. The rooms are clean and bright with all the amenities you'd need in a 5* hotel. We booked our room in the main building, which had large windows overlooking a beautiful park. The manager himself was very warm and welcoming and took us up to our rooms himself. They sent us a great list of recommendations for restaurants and activities near by. Breakfast is a la carte menu – small but healthy and clean. The pool is on a peaceful scenic rooftop. Service by all staff was impeccable. Location is perfect, with everything in walking distance but yet in a peaceful part of town. Overall perfect stay.
