It’s more personal than a hotel and has everything you need to make your stay feel like home with all the perks of a hot

The rooms are all individually designed and fit this beautiful historic building. The staircase is well worth the photo op.

Loved our stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. We booked the suite, which was very spacious, essentially two rooms combined, making it feel especially comfortable and generous in size.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, and the team is truly exceptional. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was superb, and the location couldn’t be better - right in the town center and within easy walking distance of everything.

Cons:

The street can be a bit noisy, and even with the windows closed, some traffic noise comes through. That said, it’s a minor point given how great the overall experience was.

Cascais is a lovely place to stay, perfect for trips to Sintra or a train journey to Lisbon, and Artsy Cascais is ideall

Perfect size, great location, comfortable room, very friendly helpful staff. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Large bedroom but a very small shower cubicle despite a spacious bathroom area.

Cercanía a playa y al centro de la ciudad.
Camas comodisimas.
Atención del personal excelente de 10.
Desayuno magnífico.
Muy limpio el hotel y las habitaciones.
Magníficas vistas desde el balcón.

Que no se pudiese cenar en el salón, aunque nos subieron la cena a la habitación y estaba todo muy bueno

Fantastic accommodation, highly attentive staff, great location.
Pros:

Firstly I would say the staff were the best thing about the hotel & our stay, very attentive and could not do more for you. One member even gave recommendations for bars & restaurants when we were going out. The room was ample size with a small balcony area, very comfy beds and well equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was of a very high standard.

Cons:

The toilet and shower are separated from the bedroom by some opaque glass, just a few feet from the bed, this didn't make for particularly private bathroom experiences(!). There was a tote / beach bag that we'd used that was in the room, this came in handy for beach visits. We assumed the bag was included in the room but was told on check out to pay £25 for it, it was already in our luggage and too tricky to find when we were departing, to produce, hessian tote bags would cost less than £1, so quite the mark up on a product we thought was free. We were informed there was a price list in the room (on our departure), it would have been beneficial to be aware of this when checking in.

This hotel truly stood out compared to the others I’ve stayed in. It felt different in a very positive way — more comfortable, more welcoming, and overall more enjoyable.

I was especially impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Their special birthday surprise made my stay even more memorable, and I’m truly grateful for that thoughtful gesture.

It’s the kind of place where I could easily imagine staying longer, and I would definitely choose it again in the future. Everything about the experience made me feel relaxed and well taken care of.

Highly recommended!

Pros:

Beautiful architecture, lovely atmosphere, perfect location. Friendly staff, very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Three things weren’t clear for us from while booking: the hotel restaurant doesn’t open for dinner, the pool although heated isn’t open until April, and finally there is no spa at all.

Beautifully appointed and terrific central location. The staff were exceptional. I had a medical and dental emergency and the care, expertise and support was immense
