Beautifully appointed and terrific central location. The staff were exceptional. I had a medical and dental emergency and the care, expertise and support was immense
Lift not working on occasions due to storms and electrical fault.
Bardzo wygodne łóżka
Parking - auto stało na zewnątrz i zapłaciliśmy za nie coś 60 euro - dowiedzieliśmy się o koszcie opuszczając hotel . Basen trochę mały ale to kamienica w centrum miasta
Incredible little boutique hotel! It went above our expectations. The building is well renovated with a beautiful staircase up to the rooms. The rooms are clean and bright with all the amenities you'd need in a 5* hotel. We booked our room in the main building, which had large windows overlooking a beautiful park. The manager himself was very warm and welcoming and took us up to our rooms himself. They sent us a great list of recommendations for restaurants and activities near by. Breakfast is a la carte menu – small but healthy and clean. The pool is on a peaceful scenic rooftop. Service by all staff was impeccable. Location is perfect, with everything in walking distance but yet in a peaceful part of town. Overall perfect stay.
Location and staff
Noise in the morning during rubbish removal
The Artsy Cascais is just a fantastic place to stay, from our arrival to departure our holiday was made even more special by the terrific staff. The library was a great place to chill and the rooftop pool and loungers were excellent.
Absolutely no negatives.
Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We had, I think, the best (corner) room in the old building, with the panoramic view from the pretty, historic balcony that you see in all the photos. It was a beautiful room with an incredibly comforable bed and exquisite bed linen. The dainty breakfast was delicous and the staff were super helpful.
Tiny shower and minimal wardrobe / storage space. Had to store suitcases in the main bedroom space (experienced the same wardrobe issue at Immerso, further up the coast).
We booked this hotel because it had a rooftop swimming pool. We knew it would be small but it's literally a postage stamp sized plunge pool, almost completely pointless.
The parking situation is a ballache. The (lovely, helpful) staff had to park and retrieve our vehicle in the marina car park opposite and since the hotel operates with skeleton staff this meant there was often nobody at the front desk and extra time had to be factored into every excursion.
Beautiful property and rooms and staff were exceptional to ensure stay was perfect. I was there for the Ironman weekend and it was perfect location between transition and start line.
Nothing it was just as expected
Nice cozy design hotel, recently renovated, decorated with art pieces. Very convenient location next to the Citadel, at close walking distance from the marina and the shopping streets. Nice suite, with great view on the citadel. Very convenient to have 2 fully-equipped separate bathrooms and a second bedroom that can turn into a living room.
Breakfast room is small (you need to book your breakfast time in advance) and food must be ordered as there is no buffet, with slow service and average quality. Coffee for example was really bad, and seemed to have been prepared with chlorinated water. Staff got our order wrong several times. Overall, the price paid was a bit excessive for the experience, but this is probably due to the period coinciding with the Ironman.
Es un hotel encantador y el personal muy atento
Como era el fin de semana del ironman el precio era más elevado de lo normal
