Correcte i molt bona atenció.
Pros:

L’atenció ha estat molt bona, l’esmorzar també. La ubicació una mica apartada de la zona del riu però bé. L’habitació molt bé excepte el soroll.

El soroll del vehicles que passaven per davant de l’hotel, molest.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, location not so central
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good for non-vegetarians (hot eggs, fresh juices, savoury and sweet options). Shower had good pressure. Room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

Breakfast - not enough savoury options for vegetarians.
A/C - we had a lot of issues with our AC which kept switching off after a while. Meant our room got really warm and someone would need to get up at least 2/3 times a night to manually put it back on.
Comfort - for me personally, the bed was too firm and the pillows were not all that comfortable.
Location - it is ok, there is not much in the immediate vicinity but it’s about a 10 minute walk from central areas. Ubers are super cheap so location wasn’t a massive issue but just something to be aware of.

Pros:

Todo muy bien, buena localización para ir andando al centro y recorrer Porto sin necesidad de tener que coger el coche. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y la cama doble muy grande y super cómoda.Todo un detalle al recibirte con café, te y agua. Aunque está situado en una avenida con tránsito de coches, en la habitación no se oye nada de ruido, ni de fuera ni en otras habitaciones. El espacio del desayuno no es muy grande pero, tiene variedad de dulce y salado y todo muy bueno.

Cons:

No tiene parking propio, en frente hay un aparcamiento grande que tienen packs de 48h y 72 h, pero estaría bien que el hotel tuviera un acuerdo con ellos para descuento de clientes alojados.
