Pas grand chose au vu de la problématique du séjour

Cons:

Le manque d’explications concernant certaines règles, qui n’étaient mentionnées nulle part, est problématique. Les cocktails sont excessivement chers et, lorsque vous en commandez, on vous demande d’ajouter des snacks, selon le bon vouloir du personnel.

À la piscine, si vous souhaitez simplement profiter du coucher de soleil avec votre verre, le personnel intervient de manière abrupte et manifeste son mécontentement. Il semble y avoir un réel manque de communication entre les équipes : chacun applique ses propres règles, alors qu’il aurait été simple d’expliquer les choses calmement et clairement.

Par ailleurs, le manque de personnel parlant français est regrettable, tout comme l’absence de prise en compte des réclamations faites à l’accueil. On a le sentiment que seul l’aspect financier compte pour cet hôtel.

Enfin, une attention particulière doit être portée à la facturation envoyée par e-mail : les fichiers sont parfois illisibles, et j’ai dû faire une demande pour recevoir une facture exploitable. À cela s’ajoute une mauvaise surprise : des prestations non consommées apparaissent sur la facture. Par exemple, un simple petit-déjeuner peut être facturé sur l’ensemble du séjour.

Il s’agit, sans aucun doute, de la pire expérience que j’ai eue dans un hôtel cinq étoiles.

Hotel excelente, voltaria a hospedar-me aqui.
Pros:

Alojamento muito bonito, limpo, confortável, com um staff muito prestável e simpático. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Estacionar não foi problema no exterior.

Gostamos da localização.

Cons:

Foi-nos cobrado 45€ de taxa pelo animal de estimação, algo que não foi informado nem no check-in nem no check-out!
O SPA custa 15€ p/pessoa p/dia! Não informado também, tudo o que pretendermos fazer no hotel é tudo pago.
O hotel mesmo sabendo que íamos com um animal de estimação, não estava equipado para tal, não houve uma cama para o animal, taças para comida, nada.
