Un magnifique séjour dans un hôtel luxueux 🤩

Notre séjour en couple a été une véritable parenthèse de bonheur !

Dès notre arrivée, l'équipe nous a réservé un accueil d'une gentillesse rare : prise en charge des valises, petite limonade offerte au comptoir... le ton était donné 👌 !

L'hôtel est magnifique, moderne, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville.
Notre chambre était un petit havre de paix, au calme, dotée d'une literie incroyablement confortable et d'une belle salle de bain bien équipée avec des produits de qualité.

Les petites attentions quotidiennes, comme la bouteille d'eau et les dosettes de café renouvelées, font toute la différence 😌.

Mention spéciale pour la salle de sport au top (très pratique avec les sanitaires juste à côté) et pour le toit-terrasse avec sa piscine : un endroit magique pour s'installer confortablement au soleil, admirer la vue et savourer un délicieux cocktail ou quelques spécialités locales.

Chaque matin, le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal, aussi copieux que savoureux.

Un immense merci à Anna pour sa présence chaleureuse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu'à Samuel pour sa gentillesse, son service irréprochable et sa délicate attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés.

Tout le personnel est d'une disponibilité remarquable.

On sent vraiment que chaque détail est pensé pour le bien-être des clients, toujours avec le sourire et une communication fluide.

C'est un établissement luxueux où l'on se sent merveilleusement bien.
Nous repartons des souvenirs plein la tête et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés !

A wonderful hotel with superb facilities.
Pros:

Staff were helpful and accommodating.
Facilities are great.
The room on the original side of the hotel was spacious and had everything we needed.
The club sandwich and fries were top notch!

Cons:

We had two stays with a gap in the middle. After cleaning, we often weren’t left with replenished water/tea/coffee.

Świetny personel. Uprzejmy, doświadczony, życzliwy. Czułem się bardzo zaopiekowany. Widać, że personel dokłada wszelkich starań aby pobyt był możliwie najprzyjemniejszy.
Świetnie śniadania, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne i duże pokoje , zestaw kosmetyków bardzo dobrej jakości.

1. Need more water in the room.
2. Water also needs to be readily available at breakfast . You can help yourself to juice but have to ask the waiter to serve water??

Simpatia dos funcionários, instalações e disponibilidade para acesso a banho nas instalações pós check out

Cons:

Hotel com preços elevados para o serviço. Apesar das instalações serem muito boas, a zona é péssima. Nas redondezas não existem boas alternativas para jantar, principalmente que seja seguro a deslocação a pé do hotel à noite.
Tudo é pago à parte, numa zona degradada, sem qualquer alternativa de estacionamento a não ser estacionamento pago, não se compreende que um hotel com estes preços ainda cobre o estacionamento aos seus hospedes. Também não se compreende que para usufruir da piscina interior haja um custo adicional. Carta de bar/Restaurante fraca nas alternativas para crianças.
