Great stay
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. Great breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast starts being served at 7 while most group tours started at 7.30 so it was a rush to eat and make it to the departure point.

Small and friendly hotel in a great location
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a very central location. Friendly and welcoming staff made the hotel feel relaxed. The rooms were of a very good standard, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast each morning had a good selection of choice, well managed and in a lovely setting. Staff were attentive and sincere. A really delightful stay, would thoroughly recommend.

Precioso Oporto
Pros:

El hotel es tipo boutique, de diseño y habitaciones, aunque cómodas, tirando a pequeñas. Está situado 15min de los monumentos más conocidos, junto al café Santiago para comer sus famosas francesinhas y con un parking a dos minutos bastante económico (praça dos poveiros).
El hotel dispone de una pequeña piscina, terraza y restaurante. Un sitio recomendable para hospedarse.

Cons:

Respecto al restaurante, aunque los camareros han sido super amables y serviciales, el servicio de cocina era extremadamente lento, siendo la media de tiempo para una cena de 2-2.30h

Perfect location. Loved the lady, that was working on the arrval day 27.03 and met us around 17:00. Loved the complimentary pastel de nata! Also complimentary coffee in the room and heads up about the time change was very much appreciated!
Very cosy bed!

Cons:

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast. Visited much cheaper hotels with more variety and selection of food. But everything was very tasty!

We had a very unpleasant "surprise" when different lady on a check out was claming we had dinner when we wasn't even in the hotel. (We came to Porto for the concert and were at the venue for the time of dinner. We even came back late when the doors were already closed and had to call so that reception guy let us in). The lady on the reception was bit rude and ruined our mood for the day (she was working on the next day 28.03). So I hope this situation will be cleared, because somedoby messed up and ruined a bit the impression of our stay. Which is sad, because the hotel is very cosy we enjoyed our stay, but the check out situation with personals mistake ruined an impression a bit.

Overall stay was almost perfect.
