Cons:

The bathroom situation is HORRIBLE. I was in room 404 The open concept of the bathroom leaves no privacy and the bathroom sink is inches away from the bed . You can hear everything and see everything . These bathrooms should be disclosed upon making a reservation .
There is no privacy when showering or at any time , when showering the room fills up with steam from the shower and when you turn on the lights it illuminates the entire room . Just HORRENDOUS never again
NO Bathroom PRIVACY at all and the staff at the hotel Don’t care if you mention it

Would Recommend
Pros:

Staff all helpful and welcoming.
Gabriella and Dominico helped me with my translating when booking taxis, great help.
We used the bag storage on our last day.
Hotel nicely decorated and clean.
TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, safety deposit box,
hairdryer in the room.
Bathroom good size with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, handsoap,
body lotion.
Breakfast really good.
Tea, coffee, juice, pastries, bread, yogurt, cereal, meats, cheese, bacon, scrambled egg.
Under 10 mins walk to bridge, metro, sao bento train station.
Easy 30 mins walk to bus station, 7 mins walk to funicular.
We took bus to Braga,
Aveiro and Guimaraes really enjoyed our stay.
Happy with our stay will recommend.

Cons:

Didn't like the 40 euro deposit extra per night which is refunded at the end off your stay.
Hopefully will receive soon.
Not keen on the sloped ceiling on our room on the top floor.

Goof location and clean rooms.
Pros:

The room was spacious, Location was a plus and Breakfast was good if you get there early.

Cons:

The breakfast finishes early. Even the breakfast times are from 7 to 10 am but you will hardly get enough to eat if you go after 8:30 am.
