Pros:

Everything from check in to check out, staff was super helpful and the hotel decor is beautiful, confy and holds a super chill and peaceful environment which is key to enjoying such a space, even the cleaning staff was so nice. Im definitely coming back

Pros:

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. Location, breakfast, room, staff, wi-fi, all perfect. Especially Carla, she was outstanding, answering all of my dumb tourist questions!

Great place to stay exploring Lisbon
Pros:

Relaxed, easy going hotel in a lovely location. Easy access to everything. Fabulous choice for breakfast and really lovely quality food. There was a coffee machine and plenty of water available in the dining area at all times

Cons:

Although there were drinks available at reception there wasn't really a bar as such to use. Sangria was very poor quality compared to other bars we used in Lisbon.

Wspaniałe położenie hotelu z pięknymi widokiem na morze. Przed hotelem przyjemne patio, skąd mozna obserwować min. przejeżdżające zabytkowe tramwaje. Obsługa hotelu na najwyższym poziomie, szczególnie recepcja- z nią mielismy najwiecej kontaktów. Bardzo blisko do katedry, zamku.

Wonderful location, iconic building with friendly staff
Pros:

The building is beautifully converted in a unique style. Loved the ambience and decoration. Nice informal bar area and a garden at the back. Trams and viewpoint just outside. Street art is the perfect addition
