Todo perfecto y volveremos seguro
Pros:

Ubicación de hotel no está mal . Un poco fuera de del centro pero con bus llegas al centro en 20 min. Habitación nueva limpia y cómoda - tenia hasta tetera lara hacer tés en habitación . Desayuno completo - buffet . Quien viene con coche - hay parking .

Cons:

Puede ser que es un poco incómodo el ruido de los aviones que aterrizan Justo cruzando casi encima de hotel . Pero tampoco molestaba mucho .

Quarto confortavel

Cons:

Funcionários mal educados, despreparados. Nao fazem a menor questão do hospede/ turista em seu hotel. Ao solicitarmos talheres nos foi informado que o " dono" do hotel não permite emprestar talheres para uso aos hóspedes. Absurdo.
Ao solicitarmos água para enchermos nossas garrafas no restaurante no café da manha Tb fomos informados que não podemos pq agua so pode ser fornecida 1x ao dia. Café da manhã fraco com muita demora na reposição e itens como agua quente, frias.
Instalações de estacionamento com vazamento em todos os andares, caindo pedaços próximo as portas de acesso, além de portas para acesso de elevadores e escadas sempre fechadas. Cobrança altíssima de estacionamento para hóspedes.

Convient but upset there was no bar for a night cap

Sympa mais si c’est à refaire je chercherai ailleurs
Pros:

C’était normal !

Cons:

Les serviettes sont usées
Le personnel surtout du restaurant ont eu l’air pas content !
Le spa à revoir ! (Il est au -2 odeur d’humidité avec la toute petite piscine ) en extra bien sure
