Pros:

Un hotel muy bueno, cómodo y con muy buen desayuno. La única pega el ruido de los aviones, pero las habitaciones se oye muy poco, a nosotros no nos molestó

Buenas vacaciones es Lisboa
Pros:

Nos encantó todo, sobre todo la hospitalidad de todos los trabajadores, especialmente la del botones. La limpieza era excelente y la ubicación muy buena. Repetiremos.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó es que queríamos hacer uso de la piscina un día, pero, al llegar, nos dijeron que había que pagar 10€ por persona, cosa que no entendemos si hemos pagado la estancia.

Better professionalism to begin with , the front seat lady Beatriz is very rude and unprofessional she cannot stay in the front desk of anything dealing with public.

Cons:

Cleaning and cleaners needs to be well prepared to be working at the hotel and do a proper job for customer that PAY to stay at the hotel.

Dirty carpets must be washed immediately

Bathroom towels must be changed immediately

Rusted trash bins must be changed immediately

Wonderful stay, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Nearby parks are good if you have kids with you. 5-minute walk to the metro and supermarkets. Wheelchair accessible.
