Disappointed & insulted …but with style!
Pros:

The creative Design, the comfort and spaciousness of the room. Helpful welcoming staff at the reception.

Cons:

Inflexibility … as we were leaving early to fly, yet we paid for breakfast in our room price, I was disappointed that they did not go above & beyond like most hotels would do to pack us a breakfast box … instead my friend was told off by the security guard for trying to take a piece if vested and ham TOTALLY Unacceptable esp when we had paid got it!!!! BAD ATTITUDE!

Pros:

Hotel confortable et calme, décoration très sympa et bon rapport qualité prix en période creuse. Le personnel est très gentil.
Très pratique d'avoir un petit espace cuisine dans la chambre !
Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine mais c'est agréable à avoir.

Cons:

Bruit d'écoulement d'eau dans la chambre venant de l'aération ou des canalisations, pas idéal si sommeil léger.
L'hôtel est près du métro et des zones touristiques mais la rue n'est pas très bien fréquentée le soir, ça n'a en rien entaché notre séjour mais c'est bon à savoir si c'est un point sur lequel vous êtes sensible.

Super séjour, je recommande cet hôtel proche des lieux emblématique de la ville
Pros:

Grand confort de la chambre et de la literie, propre, calme car notre chambre donnait sur la cours de l’hôtel, gentillesse du personnel. Bon petit dej, petit mais avec du choix. A 5 min de la place Rossi à pied et multiple transport à 1 min (tram, bus, métro).

Cons:

Le quartier est moins propre que d’autre endroit de la ville, quartier populaire mais sans risque pour autant.
L’isolation entre les étages est un peu moyenne mais pas gênante.
