Personnel hyper gentil!

Pas de climatisation dans ma première chambre. Nelson nous a changé de chambre pour le mieux.

Location very central great breakfast and lunch.
Pros:

Location is very central, breakfast and lunch amazing. Staff couldnt do enough for you. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

Its quite a noisey location, you are on the main street so u hear people socialsing late into the night and trams starting early. The room is quite quirky, if u are tall not great as we had a kind of bunk bed overhang

Nice people, nice place, but ludicrously bad bedroom design.
Pros:

A very good location for historic centre of Lisbon. I had breakfast every morning at a small cafe across the road - much cheaper than the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean but small room.

Cons:

The bed was big and comfortable - BUT the mattress was encased within a large wooden box that COMPLETELY filled the space wall-to-wall! Had to climb across it to the window. I was on my own but a partner would have to clamber across me to get to the bathroom during the night! Not suitable for anyone with even minor disabilities.
The "free" taxi from the airport to the hotel provided by Booking.com did not arrive. After waiting more than 90 minutes and sending messages to the driver I had to take a taxi from the airport rank.
