Nous avions fait un précédent séjour début Octobre 2025 ,nous y sommes revenu 6 mois plus tard, excellente proximité dans le centre historique de Lisbonne et de la station Cais do sodré avec tous les transports, train,métro, tramways et bus.
Pour la gentillesse du personnel qui est toujours à notre écoute.

Cons:

Petit bémol ,pour le lit qu'il faut monter sur le dessus ,faute de pouvoir faire le tour afin d'aller de l'autre côté.

Localizacao maravilhosa, limpeza impecavel, mas muito apertado!
Pros:

Gostamos da cama, era muito confortavel. A equipe do hotel era muito eficiente, simpatica e com boa comunicacao. A decoracao era bonita. A localizacao era muito boa e perto de todas as atracoes do centro. O Hotel era perto da estacao Cais do Sodre e facilmente conseguimos nos deslocar pela cidade por metro ou trens.
O hotel estava o tempo inteiro limpo e o quarto estava muito bem limpo.

Cons:

O local do cafe da manha era na entrada e um tanto quanto barulhento e exposto a rotina de entrada e saida do hotel.

As opcoes do cafe da manha eram muito limitadas e nao haviam itens de gastronomia local.

A casa de banho era absurdamente apertada, nao conseguiamos nem sentar no banheiro pois nossos joelhos batiam no vidro do chuveiro (temos 1.80m de altura, nao somos super altos para passar por esse tipo de problema).

Faltou um ambiente no hotel apropriado para trabalho. Eu ja sabia que no quarto nao havia mesa, mas nao havia nenhum outro lugar no hotel que nao o lobby (barulhento e de passagem). Preferi trabalhar no chao do meu quarto, o que foi muito desconfortavel.

Haviam manchas de infiltracao nas paredes ao redor da janela e no banheiro ao lado do vidro do chuveiro.

Overall, I would stay there again if I was in the area.
Pros:

The folks at the desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and mostly clean, however, there was a little mold around the base of the shower.

Ok for a city centre
Pros:

Excellent location right in the center of Lisbon. It’s a bit noisy, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

The view from the window was beautiful, and we really liked the curtains — easy to open and close, very convenient.

The room itself is quite small, but that didn’t bother us. The bed is built into a wooden structure, which gives the space an interesting and unique feel.

Comfortable and calm lobby zone

Cons:

We didn’t really like the quality of the bed — we didn’t sleep very well. It was also a bit noisy outside, although that’s somewhat expected in a central location.

The main issue, however, was the large amount of black mold in the shower. This really needs to be addressed, as it can be harmful to health and shouldn’t be present in a hotel.

Also, the room was located right next to the staircase. It’s not a major problem, but it didn’t feel very cozy.
