Cons:

Я вызвал такси, они удерживали мои веши, не отдавали пока не оплачу за порчу имущества,которое я не делал. Такси уехало, я уже должен был делать в аэропорт, они все удерживали вещи. Виновник был предыдущий проживающий из Росиии, и мне сказали что вы знакомы, поэтому вы разберитесь между собой, а деньги платить мне. В итоге я заплатил 120€ чтобы не опоздать в аэропорт.

Modern, gezellig en uitstekend gelegen boetiek hotel
Pros:

Moderne kamers met een uitstekende douche en comfortabele bedden. De locatie is uitstekend als uitvalsbasis om de stad en omgeving te ontdekken.

Cons:

's nachts werden wij gewekt door het ledigen van de afvalcontainers in de buurt.

Great location clean well set up rooms but tiny bathroom sinks too much outside noise
Pros:

The room was a great use of space. As central to historic Lisbon, space is at a premium and they made excellent use of the space

Cons:

Very loud music coming from nearby. May have been a bit too close to the “party” district

Very poor service
Cons:

After checking out, we only wanted to leave our luggage for a maximum of three hours, but apparently there wasn’t even a corner available for our bags. Instead, we were told to pay another €87 for a room, even though we wouldn’t use it and would have removed our luggage before the new guests’ check-in time — if there were even new guests for that room. Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing service.

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and would stay again!
Pros:

Well situated. Our family suite was large and had two bathrooms, which we really appreciated as a family of 5. Very cool decor and atmosphere in the hotel and our suite had complimentary Mateus rose, a very nice touch!!

Cons:

There was, unfortunately, a very bad odor in the hallway and elevator. I suspect there was an issue with their gas evacuation/venting. Our room was fine, however.
