L’emplacement était parfait, rapport qualité/prix au top. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance !

Pros:

On the penthouse floor - room and bathroom were huge, pretty & pink and clean. Also the guy who does night shifts on reception was so lovely! Went out of his way to help us and found us a TV remote when the room didn’t have one!

הייתי חוזרת למלון הזה ולחדר הזה, היה מושלם

המלון ממוקם באיזור נהדר, הצוות היה שירותי האוירה היתה ממש נעימה , ערכנו שם אירוע משפחתי בקומה האחרונה והיה מושלם. אנחנו קיבלנו חדר ל6 שהיה נוח ומרווח . ממש אהבנו את המלון. תמורה טובה למחיר!

De kamer had een indringende geur van een afvoer. De hotelreceptionist heeft me eerst ingechecked en dan over het probleem verteld. Ik mocht de minimale gratis gebruiken als compensatie. Ik wenste geen mini-bar en vroeg een andere kamer, dat kon niet volgens de receptionist. Ik vind dit beneden alle peil. De geur was zeer onaangenaam, het hotel is ervan op de hoogte en toch wordt dit aan een klant verhuurd. Eigenlijk is dit onaanvaardbaar. Ik was de enige gast in de kamer en dus vermoedelijk een makkelijker slachtoffer.

For our first visit to Lisbon, the accommodation was excellent.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The personnel were great! Morning breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The attention to detail and cleanliness in the room could have been better. For a very small space, the need for it to be super clean is paramount.

Pros:

In een bruisende wijk van het centrum met OV-voorzieningen om hoek ligt dit fijne hotel in sfeervol historisch pand,
De kamers zijn functioneel, van de wenselijke gemakken voorzien en tamelijk geluidsdicht. Onze hoekkamer zag uit op de levende straat.
Het ontbijt is prima, allerlei soorten eieren worden door de kok goed bereid. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je bagage kan worden gestald voor de inchecktijd.
Kortom een prima hotel, waarvan uit Lissabon kan worden beleefd en genoten.

המלון קטן ואינטימי וצוות העובדים ,מאירי פנים ונחמדים בהרגשה של משפחה.
בצוות הקבלה מכוונים,יועצים,עוזרים ובמיוחד נלסון שהיה מאד אדיב ודואג

Мы остановились в пентхаусе, и впечатление осталось странное. Две отдельные комнаты соединены коридором, в котором невозможно выключить свет. Гостиная неуютная, на кухне постоянно что-то шумит. По ощущениям, она скорее предназначена для кейтеринга. Пол в душе перекошен, шторы висят криво. В целом всё выглядит уставшим.

За время проживания я видела, кажется, всего двух сотрудников. Осталось ощущение, что до гостей им особо нет дела. Особенно это проявилось в двух ситуациях.

Я улетела раньше своего друга и обнаружила, что потеряла наушники. Пока он ещё оставался в отеле, я очень просила персонал их поискать. Но, судя по тому, как всё происходило, заниматься этим никто не спешил. Только через неделю мне сообщили, что наушники нашлись.

При этом, когда у самого отеля возник вопрос к нам, сотрудники проявили совсем другую настойчивость. На столе обнаружили следы от утюга и не отдавали моему другу вещи, требуя оплатить повреждение.

Утюг мне принесли без гладильной доски, в номере её тоже не было. Я торопилась и погладила вещи на столе, подложив толстое полотенце. За повреждение я, конечно, заплатила.

Больше всего возмутило отношение. Ради компенсации отель был готов удерживать вещи моего друга. А когда я просила помочь с поиском наушников, такой заинтересованности не было и близко. Именно эта разница и оставила самое неприятное впечатление.

Great location, clean room.
Pros:

Location fab and breakfast good.

Cons:

Double room was small with double bed next to the wall. However there was a balcony with a door which opened which made it feel much nicer.
