Pas op oplichter zet zogenaamd sleutel klaar met verkeerde code je komt er niet in.
Cons:

Zijn oplichters heb geboekt betaald aankomst tijd doorgegeven ze hebben sleutel bij deur en mij de verkeerde code gegeven en niet hun telefoon opgenomen toen ik belde. Zijn oplichters dieven niet hier boeken.

A localização é óptima, ao pé de tudo.

Gostei muito da casa e provavelmente torno, mas tenham em atenção os pormenores que os clientes estão a pagar, não é para se estarem a preocupar com estes detalhes...

A casa tem falta de alguma atenção/ manutenção, aparenta ser reconstruída de novo mas muita coisa com falta de manutenção...
No wc feminino a tampa da sanita solta.., o chuveiro solto.., tomamos duche e havia água por todo o lado(em volta do poliban). Na cozinha não há material suficiente para cozinhar..., o esgoto desta estava entupido, chamei ajuda, mas só resolveram porque apareceu água no andar de baixo(cozinha do restaurante) daí serem rápidos a resolver!

Det var mysigt. Kök och badrum delas. Fint och mysigt område och bekväm säng. Golvet i rummet var inte städat när vi kom, vissa gäster drack mycket alkohol och försökte gå in i vårat rum av mistag pga berusning. I det stora hela, okej vistelse och inga stora problem.

How come this is 4 star?? Even bathroom is not inside room. There is no enough info on Expedia. There is no window in the room. The bathroom is so tiny.

Why Expedia is not answering my questions? 28.7-29.7 I booked Dunedin star guesthouse, I paid 32,66e. You refunded me 26e. Why?

Enjoyed my multiple night stay here. The room was very clean, nice and quiet! You have to share the bathrooms with the other guests but I rarely saw anyone and it didn’t impact my using the bathroom. Close to bus stops, shopping and restaurants. Quick response when I couldn’t get the internet to work upon arrival.
The only issue I had when arriving was I hadn’t received any notice about how to enter the guest house. Thankfully the door to the adjoining kitchen/restaurant was open and someone found the person to check me in. Then it was quick and easy.
The guest house is definitely outside of Lisbon city center (about 50 mins by bus) so make sure you’re aware of that when you book. This worked for me as I had already stayed in Lisbon center when I first arrived.
Also, just for travelers information, I took an Uber to the airport on the morning of my departure. At night it would have taken about 15-20 mins but at around 8:45 it took about an hour due to regular city rush hour traffic. Just plan accordingly.
Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again especially if I wasn’t going to be touring inside the city center every day. Cheers!
