Great hotel, very welcoming people
Pros:

A beautiful Hotel in the center of the city, with a great restaurant and bar. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Le personnel est serviable et aimable. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Le bâtiment est très bien rénové et les espaces sont bien décorés.

Cons:

Chambre un peu trop petite et trop de climatisation au séjour bar. Il y a trop de mendiants et dealers à proximité de l’hôtel. La piscine n’a aucun intérêt ! Beaucoup trop petite et pas d’espace extérieur pour profiter.

Best hotel I stayed in Lisbon
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful, new, lovely hotel. Truly enjoyed every second there. I stayed at The Evens - the most expensive hotel in Lisbon - after, which could not even be compared to Convent. I honestly regretted leaving Convent for it.
The hotel is full of light which I loved, the staff is beyond friendly and attentive. The room is stunning, spacious, so bright, the design is amazing. Room service left a hand written note and pasteis de nata when I was out for the dinner. Very quiet despite the central location. Lastly, the courtyard is a destination itself! Everything 10/10!

Cons:

The breakfast could be better if there was a wider choice. But it didn’t affect my stay at all.

Cons:

Camere piccole , prezzi esagerati.
Mamma , Papà e bimba di 12 anni costretti a prendere 2 camere e separare la famiglia.
Offerta suite più grande ma a prezzo pieno (il costo di 2 camere)
Direzione e staff poco comprensivo della situazione veramente antipatica.
Di convento non ha nulla, comune albergo moderno.
