stayed there with my friends during ateez's concert and honestly, it was a whole lot better than i expected. location wise was very near to ice bsd, which we didnt have to worry about the walking distance. i can say that it took us less than 10 mins of walk? yeah. yk how when concert ended u might wanna take gojek or grab to hotel but extremely overpriced, GIRL WALK IS THE ONLY WAY! truly recommended hehe
umm i would say the iron? it shouldve been provided in each room but there was a separate/specific iron room at level g which made us a bit of a hassle to go down, bring out clothes etc just to iron out but oh well, still okay. better than nothing i guess!

不乾淨，浴室幾乎沒有清理，剛進房都還有尿味。浴室通風很臭，不時會有臭味。浴室有一罐看起來有漂浮物的沐浴乳和洗髮精綜合瓶，看起來放很久了，根本不敢用。房間沒有除霉，都是霉味和濕氣，一進房門感覺就不好。洗澡洗到一半沒有熱水。房間內沒有吹風機，必須向櫃台要。睡到半夜突然跳電，還要請櫃台來維修

I had a business trip in Tangerang and I stay in Joylive. When I has arrived, a security help me to bring my luggage and escort to upstairs for check in. Check in process was fast. All the staffs are friendly, specially shinta. She's really helpful and friendly. She help me to order a taxi online. The room clean and comfort. I Hope can stay in Joylive again for next trip
The set-up felt like a studio for me, which I like; it felt spacious. The king bed was comfortable. The TV was new and a good size. The wardrobe was super nice
As soon as the lift door opened on my floor, the smell of cigarettes hit my nose, which I hated because I cannot tolerate cigarette smell.
I had to have housekeeping change the two pillow sheets because they smelled bad; not sure if it was mildewy smell or people's smell. Weirdly enough, the bed sheet and the duvet cover didn't smell.
The plastic stirrers had coffee stain on them. I'm glad I always bring my own and that I always wash hotel glasses and spoons before using.
There was a continuous song playing in the hallway, which could be heard from inside the room.
Nice vibes, clean room. Convenient location close to ICE and AEON Mall. Breakfast spread is sufficient.
